Skin problems

I am 22 years old. I am 50 kg.

Hi! Thanks for reading through this. I'm a 22 year old girl who has had skin problems for quite a while now.

It all started when I was a kid, maybe 12 years old and I got an itchy pimple/blister on the back of my right knee. Sometimes it would come and go. At some point, it completely left but when I was about 16 I started getting rashes on my chest during the winter time. Then, after a stressful period in my life, I started getting worse rashes again in winter 2022 (when I was 18) and since two years, I've always had horrible rashes. They itch, they burn, I can't sleep because I scratch them. I put cortison cream on them but it doesn't seem to help the inflammation, I take antihistamines but nothing happens. I took higher levels fo vitamin d, quercitin, curcumin with pepper but my inflammation levels were still so high. I went to the dermatologist five years ago to do a prick test and the woman gave me a ton of allergies. A list of them: nickel, abietic acid, propylene glycol, lanolin, p-tert-Butylphenol formaldehyde resin, Methylchloroisothiazolinone, Colophony, cat hair and a bunge of different types of pollen from grasses and trees in Switzerland. Please note that it's incredibily hard to avoid all of these chemicals and components in my everyday life. I switched to shampoos, soaps that I can use and that are natural but the rashes still come. This winter has been the worst it ever has. I got it on my chest, my neck, my scalp(

leading to impetigo) and armpits.

During the summer time, the rashes get milder and usually even almost go completely away. As soon as late autumn kicks in, my rashes come back. I even get anxious for that time to arrive because I start sleeping less and my rashes stay from like November- June. Even when they seem to go away for a few days, they come back after a few days. I'm not diagnosed with any mental disorder, but I am a very anxious person and tend to put myself under a lot of pressure.

I eat gluten free since I'm 10 (my mom stopped giving it to me without going to the doctor) because I was wheezing every time I went to bed and my asthma got really bad. Even though I try to avoid gluten, I still get very bloated every now and then and end up looking pregnant and having belly pain and lots of gas.

I used to take birth control from like 16 until 19 and my rashes were not as bad as they are now.

Please help me figure out what I can do. I get so tired and anxious during those months.

I live in Switzerland but am originally from Spain. There's not a lot of sunlight during the winter here. I study at unviersity so I can't just travel to a sunnier country to avoid a problem like this. I have duties like studying, going to classes and working part time.

What does it look like? What can I do?

Thanks already.

Traps overload and shoulder blades

Hi! I‘m 22 y.o. and I used to have mild scoliosis and an S-back. (I still have an S-back but try to fox my posture whenever I remember.)

I realized that my traps have always been bigger compared to the rest of my upper back (even my male friends make fun of me) yet my shoulder blades keep sticking out and I still feel like they make me look wide from the back. Most of it is genetics for sure, both my parents have wide shoulders but I wanted to ask how I can fix the posture of my shoulderblades (when I stretch my arms to the front, as seen on the picture, they look a lot better) while standing normally? I would appreciate some specific exercises, not only posture details if that‘s what‘s required. And how do I stop overloading my traps?

Btw. I don‘t train back actually… and I added some pictures while slouched and while ACTIVELY trying to push back my shoulder blades (yet they still stick out.)

thanks a lot

Body dysmorphia/ workout plan

hi guys, I‘m a 22y.o female, I‘m very short (155cm) and I‘ve been going to the gym about three times a week since 2022, hitting especially lower body and core/abs, as I wanted to grow and balance out my proportions (I genetically have an inverted traingle body shape but with a belly haha). It‘s true that I only do like 10‘ cardio when I go to the gym and usually on rest days I try to walk up-hill for like 30 mins. I try to eat protein dense meals (natural protein), with veggies and few carbs and especially now since about 2 months I‘m trying to cut out as much sugar as I can but I haven‘t been able to reach my goal, which is having a flatter belly ( I have small boobs so having a belly doesn‘t look very appealing imo). I feel like I still have a high fat percentage and some abs, but it looks weirdly fat but bulky if you know what I mean… I know that it‘s a process that takes time, but I‘ve been training for so long and I was never able to reach my goal so maybe someone with a similar build, goal, experience or trainer can help me to reach my goal to feel more comfortable in myself (ideally if I can start this summer)

I wanted to add that I have pcos and don‘t take the pill anymore so I try to drink spearmint tea during the day and I can‘t eat gluten either…

thanks so much for reading through this and I wish you a wonderful week!

Wide lats and traps

hi guys, I have a quick question. I have pcos and I try to go to the gym a lot. I try to focus on my legs and glutes and train once or once every two weeks upper body. I don‘t like how wide my back (trapezius and lats) look. I genetically have wide lats but I only lift like 5-10kg upper body. How can I become leaner? Honestly, I‘m hopeless because I barely train them and I try to do stretching exercise to release the muscled a bit. Give me some suggestions, please🥹
