Looking for recommendations for my honeymoon. Plan to go the last week of October. We love the beach. Also like the idea of being able to explore the island so don’t really want an all inclusive where we feel stuck, but it’s not a deal breaker. Would like to be able to relax on the beach, walk long stretches of beach, and explore the island/city by car or walking. Hiking would be nice as well. Would like a decent amount of restaurant/bar options. Any and all ideas would be helpful. Would be flying from Philadelphia area. Budget ideally would be around 5k but that is flexible. Going for a week so wouldn’t want to fly to far and lose a whole day.

Can someone tell me how or point me in the direction of where to find the best information on billing Medicare and commercial insurance patients together and separately. My clinic sees majority commercial insurances, but will also occasionally see Medicare. Typically we will have 2-3 patients an hour consisting of commercial, but a few times a week there will be 1 Medicare along with 1 or 2 other commercial. Very occasionally will have 2 Medicare on the hour. Examples of billing these scenarios would be appreciated.

I will be taking apart my pc to upgrade my motherboard and GPU. It definitely hasn’t been cleaned for awhile as it was passed down to me and sitting for awhile. Any recommendations on how to give it a good clean. Also, any recommendations on how to clean in the future, how often, and anything to do to limit buildup

I have very little knowledge on video cameras. I am looking for a camera to take to a party roughly 5 hours long. Just for fun and to have memories. Will most likely be asking guests questions. No real budget, but ideally wouldn't spend more than 600. Would love any and all suggestions.
