Quite literally just why..?

On this subreddit and r/teenagers , its just a bunch of lewd weirdos with weird stories that shouldnt of even happened in the first place at a teenage age. Is this just sensory issues or is it normal to hate the texture of mashed potatoes?

For background, I have ADHD, and my father just won't stop making mashed potatoes as a side with dinner, and the texture just makes me want to vomit. Sometimes it's even hard to just swallow it.
Also, sometimes I imagine akward textures on my teeth and just jerk back from the thought.
I would like to see from different point of views.
