Can't cycle from app if LR was just used

Am I missing something?

My cat has a habit of not covering his poop, that means that once he dumps his treasure and steps out I suffocate slowly.

Then I try to cycle from the app but nope, if the LR was in use and red, it's just waiting to the cycle configured in the app and won't allow me to cycle remotely. If I'll go to the LR and press the cycle button - it will cycle.

Why can't I cycle from the app?

Xiaomi pet feeder replacement parts?

By all means, where do you get replacement parts for the feeder?

We have the pet feeder version 1. one of the inside silicone legs that rotates to drop the food disappeared, no clue how, no clue when.

But we can't find anywhere that sells just that part. any idea?
