Possibly relocating for my partner's work - any companies I should avoid applying for work through?

As title says, my partner may have a new job in Norwich which is our dream city. Unfortunately, my job is with a council in our current hometown, so due to various guidelines I won't be able to keep my job if we move. This means Im back on the job market. For mortgage purposes having a job is more important than holding out for a job in my current field. Without going into detail, my most likely transferrable skills would be administration, data analysis, and regulatory compliance. Are there any companies in Norwich that I should NOT apply for positions with? Any companies that are known for screwing over their employees or potential employees? I don't want to waste valuable time on applications or thinking that I have a job secured when it might all come crumbling down.

EDIT: Thanks all! Just to re-clarify I'm looking for places to NOT apply to and to avoid. I will of course be applying for jobs in my current sector, and have already applied for council and public services positions.

What Undertone Am I? Extensive rosacea messing with my perception!

I have roseacea that not only goes across my face but also down my neck and onto a patch on my chest as well, making foundation matching really hard. Because of my rosacea, I frequently get colour matched with foundation wayyyy too dark, and as cool-toned as a default, but now I'm questioning everything!

Glossier's VL2 appears to have oxidised to all hell now, but was the cool-toned option compared to VL3 which is the warm-toned. The Danessa Myricks Yummy Skin Tint Serum in 1.5 is by far my best match ever, but you can still see it when I blend down into my neck, which makes me think it's either still too dark or perhaps TOO cool-toned!

Buying cosmetic items from the US as a UK buyer?

There's an eyeshadow palette that I've wanted for yearssss listed on US Vinted, but its not available to me as a UK buyer. The seller says that they have international postage on, but neither of us can figure out why I can't buy it! I don't even have the button to do so.

I have seen something before that they need to have certain carriers selected to ship cosmetics from US to UK - does anyone know which carriers these are?

How do I get to this from lighter hair?

I've been dyeing my hair for years now but I'm struggling to figure out how to darken my hair to a rich deep redhead shade. I know that I need to get my hair saturated first with a semi-permanent shade, but whenever I do this and put a permanent dye over the top, it just keeps lightening to where I am currently. Any advice on how to get where I want to be?

Unfortunately I had a bad reaction to a henna-based black about 15 years ago, so I assume thats an ongoing no-go for me.

Also any colour recommendations v much appreciated!
