Stores that sell used PS5 games?

Does anyone know a good place to buy used PS5 games? I have tried FB Marketplace, but they don't have what I am looking for. Wondering about local games store around. I only know about GamesXchange.

Best place for new PS5?

UPDATE: I went to Best Buy just now and got one!! YAY!!

I am buying a new PS5. I know I could get refurb or used (via MTC or Facebook), but I am buying a new one.

I am wondering... what is the best place to get a new PS5? Specifically interested in warranty options. If the console has any overheating issues in a year or so, or the controller starts to drift, which retailer has the best options for warranty? Or is the Sony warranty enough?

Warranty refund?

It is well past the “60 days” but I need to cancel the extended warranty. It’s so expense. I should have never signed the paper. I only realized now (a few months after signing) how awful this warranty is. It’s a $3500 warranty on an only 3 year old Toyota. 50,000 miles. Great condition, and I only drive about 3000 miles per year. I won’t use any part of this warranty. I need to cancel. I feel like the made me sign it. Can anything be done? What should I say or do? They already said they cannot cancel it but maybe if I explain in writing? Please if anyone has any ideas or has dealt with this before, let me know.

Experience with NLCU and other credit unions?

I am looking to refinance my car loan. I’m with CIBC. Currently the interest rate is about 9.5%. I have heard that I might be able to refinance by opening another loan (or possibly Line of Credit?) with another bank or credit union. I have an excellent credit rating (always have), so I should qualify for a better interest rate. I’m hoping for 7.5% or lower, otherwise I’m not sure it’s worth the hassle.

Has anyone here had experience with credit unions in Newfoundland, like NLCU?

Anyone with similar experience refinancing a car loan?

How do I refinance my existing car loan?

Title says it all. I have an excellent credit score (800+). My interest rate on this loan is 9.49%.

I have made 21 bi-weekly payments so far.

Initial amount (started paying August of last year)
$33,815.20
APR: 9.49%
Payment Frequency: Bi-Weekly
Total Payments: 156
Payment Amount: $284.69

Current amount
$30,330.51
Payments made: 21

I know I can get a better interest rate than this. I can also comfortably afford to pay maybe $50 or $100 more bi-weekly.

Help me understand how to refinance. Should I call the bank? Should I call the dealership? How do I “shop around”? What do I even say/what do I ask for?

Suggestions for what to eat?

I have recently started preparing food on the weekend to bring with me to work. I have being doing chicken, rice, and vegetables. This has worked out extremely well. I have ASD Level 1, OCD, and ADHD. This routine has saved me so much stress, time, and money. It's been about two months of eating the same thing for lunch Monday to Friday.

However, for dinner I just eat whatever is around the house (not proper meals), and often times I will get fast food (expensive) or just snack a lot after work.

I am looking for suggestions for what I can eat for dinner every day. I already have chicken and rice at lunch time, and I don't want to have it again for dinner. Looking for something somewhat healthy.

Any suggestions at all are welcome. I know this can be a very individual thing, as everyone has different likes and dislikes. I am hoping there are people here that have also went down this journey of planning the same meals each day, and can share with me what has worked for them.

Thanks!

Packages via Intelcom

My Amazon order saying it’s arriving on Saturday, June 13. I need it here before June 14. Really hoping it gets here. Looks like it’s coming from Montreal.

What has everyone’s experience been with Amazon orders lately? I don’t order there much (trying to buy local) but when I used to order more, I always remember things getting stuck in Dieppe!

Anyway, just curious what others think, thanks :)!

Hometown Rewards at Irving

“SAVE 3₵/L after every 3 fills of 35 L or more”

I redeemed this reward today. I saved $1.26. That is… not a lot, lol.

Alternative to Facebook Marketplace?

From my understanding, Facebook Marketplace is by far the most popular option we have for finding used items. I want to look at game consoles and controllers for sale, but I can’t even view Marketplace without a Facebook account.

Is there a popular alternative? Thanks in advance!

I finally brushed my teeth after a many months. I know this is something that I should do every day, but it is hard. I made a reminder in my phone to brush my teeth again tomorrow. Figured I would post here about this. It’s a bit of a celebration and also hoping that by talking about it, I will be more likely to do it again.

For context, I have ASD level 1 and I struggle with a few things (like teeth brushing) due to sensory issues.

Ok that’s about it, thank you for reading and I hope you are doing well <3.
