Most phone companys (including the main carrier Vodaphone) have this option but I just realised I am not getting missed call texts from them..
Is there a way to turn it on via text code or something? Might have to change service provider if Lebara doesnt offer it..

Because she claimed to not know were her brother is but then gets a phone from a stash (which apparently they are able to track, presumably because her original phone was swapped and it now can trace a random burner phone nearby but ok fine
But the main point is she then speaks to him like they speak regularly and ifs hes so worried and wants to convince him to come home or whatever why not just ask on the phone, why use owen to go to africa via the ngo ??
I know this is a more technical sub and admittedly i'm a novice at most things these days but to put it simply I wanted to know if 1.71 is the latest update for 2026? ..
I ask because my system is an old windows using a chrome that is no longer supported. I was told that no extensions will update but when going into developer mode and pressing the update button it says updated (though it said 1.71 before)
That being said, my old extensions that seem malfunctioned also notify that it has been "updated" when clicking the button but it happens instantly, can an extension be updated ithin 2 seconds? and..
More Importantly* if 1.71 is already showing does that mean my extensions auto-update and is this standard for chrome? is there an option to stop that? what about stable version of extensions that a naughty person or company might change to a useless one with an update?
I'm looking for a simple, plastic, cheap converter adaptor to be able to use a AA in a 18650 slot for example like the AAA to AA transparent adaptors readily available on ebay, temu, amazon, etc.
I know theres an instructable, do-it-yourself option but I don't have the equipment, time, materials to make one..
I find it really odd that out of all of the battery and power options/bits&bobs out there I have never seen one for sale..

So, I've done it with leather sheaths before but my mind has gone blank because I have an adamas fixed blade knife and while the detent thing is okay for the knife, it came out once so I want to secure it with a leather or nylon strap that goes around the finger guard/choil area. (the one with the jimping)
Its the standard adamas plastic sheath and has eyelet holes all around, top and bottom, like in this photo, except that photo doesn't have eyes on top or a choil/knife finger guard part to it.. ;
Ideally it would be a stud button type thing for easy on/off but anything that doesn't require a slow process so basically a buckle, button or clip is good
Any ideas, (preferably something I can buy to attach it as I've spent enough time on this and my attempts to makeshift studs, buttons, brass screw things etc have failed 🙄
