Is this the best strategy to build unique content now? i will not promote
Because of generative AI, any product that is virtual can be copied. This includes the copy, assets, and unique ideas. So, I was thinking that perhaps products now need to provide monthly, even weekly fresh content. For example, in a game, maybe you'd release a new level every month with new challenges, and offer a subscription model. That way, the unique pull is your own imagination and ideas, which is what users will keep coming back to you for.
Other interesting AI-proof ideas might involve IoT with AI, and even something that involves high scalability that can't be vibed.
Precise Entry Model
My strategies have been largely enter on a combination of signals, and I have different exit models I test that can use ML and other signals in different ways. Is there a concept of a precise entry model, where you test your winners by placing a precise entry in front of the entry, which may include using orderbook/orderflow, limit orders, and even scaled orders to time your entry better, or would you consider this as part of the entry in general? The idea is the entries are still valid, but you time them better instead of entering too rashly, and this is like a big component itself.
My backtests are very good because the exit model works well, but the entries are very simple because I don't want to have too few by filtering out many, but at the same time, I want to optimise the entries.
Marks on the face
Is this dermatographia? I had hives all over my body 2 months ago and big spots appeared on my face. I may have squashed some of them, and now they are just red marks. What are these? Could it be related to the dermatographia symptoms?
Window seal length is too small
I brought the DREO 7500 BTU Portable AC AC318S, and it didn't show up in the production description that the window seal only extends to 85cm. My window length is 100cm. In the product manual it just says to contact them if this is the case. I checked, and this is the extension I can find, but it only ships to the US, and not available in the EU: https://www.dreo.com/products/dreo-portable-air-conditioner-single-hose-kit-ac318s-ac319s-ac515s-ac516s.
What do I do? I contacted support but I don't have any real hopes of them providing an adequate solution. I can still wait to see what they say.
Asset Rotation Strategy
A bot where you rotate assets in the same sector like crypto, forex, or equities. Maybe you have a holding currency, and just dump the portfolio in a different asset at different times. Has anybody tried this? How did the backtests go?
I'd like to make an educational app for finance, but I have two main concerns:
- Content is very easy to copy now with Claude Code. Anybody wold be able to replicate any hard work with a few prompts, and any originality I put into the idea would be copied.
- The app store is saturated with apps now, and it'll just be another app amongst a sea of others.
These are two demotivating factors that deter me from starting, but on the positive side, educational platforms like Brilliant are still thriving.
My view is that it matters more on distribution nowadays: an app is just another product you promote to an existing audience, and you can expect very little organic growth. How true is this?
