What is the secret to getting playtest feedback that you guys have found?

I published my first game a few days ago and decided I would playtest it first to get any feedback or bug reports. I originally started with 10 keys that had to be requested so I could send and follow up. The store page was finally approved, so I thought I would just manage it through the store page. 136 people signed up for access and were approved. 8 have activated, and there has been no feedback or questions.

Do I just assume it's fine and plan for early access, or do most players just get access and never end up trying it?

Would anyone be interested in playtesting my first horror game before it goes to Early Access? Pretty self-conscience about making everything as good as it can be beforehand. I applied this morning for 10 playtest keys for round 1 testing this morning. Playtest has been approved, but I'm still waiting for the Steam page to go live (has to pass the final review). Support advised that it could go live at any time this week. I will post that page when it's available, but just seeing if there's interest beforehand.

The game is called 'Naughty Nurse'. It's a fan-based game developed as a tribute to the game 'Lunch Lady' by Manic Mice and is almost 2 years in the making.

Mods, can we please consider a new rule for people posting about their account getting hacked due to giving some access from Discord or a Minecraft mod and now complaining that it's gone? It seems to take up most of the posts. Maybe recommend a separate sub-Reddit where they can maybe get some better help/support? It's becoming more than a daily theme, and starting to take away the appeal of the rest of the sub. Thanks for the consideration.

What are your recommendations for gay-themed bars that are also not Clubs? Up here, we have a bar run by a 70 year old gentleman that does karaoke and jukebox, very traditional styled where you can just relax. I'm looking for something similar. When I check online, it seems like every recommendation is more club style, dancing, and shows. Is there anything I can hope for down that way? Area is pretty open right now. I haven't made an accomodations or landed on a neighborhood yet.

Does anyone else uses a signature sign on / off song at events? My patrons always know when the show is starting, and the last song of the night. What are some creative signatures you've used over the years? Here are mine over time:
