I’m doing runs on the treadmill but I do love outside I just feel… embarrassed I guess? How do I get over that😓

I 29F was dumped a year ago after a 9 year relationship in a manipulative and traumatic way. I have 2 other friends (my bff and her man) who are basically my family and when I was with my ex, we were all very close.

My ex and my guy friend became close enough to where they were best guy friends and that friendship started I’d say a year before we had begun dating.

When the break up happened last year, everyone was up in arms and ended with everyone blocking my ex as he hurt many feelings and my friend was really upset he also lost his friend.

Fast forward to now, I gues my friend unblocked him on gaming and they have Been gaming here and there. I did express to my friend it bothers/gives me anxiety that he talks to him but he told me no mention of me and my new relationship will be talked about and he has no desire to hang out with him outside of gaming

I guess I just don’t know how to feel, I know my feelings of anxiety are valid but they are both guy friends and I get that relationship is separate from me and my Ex. I’m just overwhelmed and I wanna know if I should let it go and ride.

Currently looking for a dry cat food to switch to. I have a 4 year old 11bs Bengal-mix cat and I’ve been feeding her the Crave cat food (salmon). It looks like they are either discontinuing it or having some sort of stock issue.

I want to feed her something comparable without really being over $40 for a 10 pound bag. I have done my research but I hear a lot of back-and-forth saying the “higher end brands” are just as good as Purina. Kinda conflicted here
