I’m a supervisor at my work and my manager showed me texts today from an employee complaining about me cutting back on the amount of days working. The texts were to another subordinate who then sent screenshots to my manager. I am really struggling with the first trimester and have recently reduced my days at work for the time being for the sake of my health and my baby’s.

The text was quite long just bashing me,
and honestly made me feel like shit. I am very upset and uncomfortable being a supervisor to this employee now. Any advice on how to move forward with this?

Is it bad/harmful to take if I do not have PCOS? I went to my preconception appt today with my new OBGYN and she wasn’t really straightforward with her answer. She does not suspect I have PCOS.

Should I go ahead and stop taking it? I’m on month 3 TTC with ovulation expected within the next week. I’ve been taking the 40:1 ratio supplement for 2 months, just started a third bottle. I hope I didn’t mess things up!

I can’t decide if I want to try Preseed or Conceive Plus this cycle. Currently CD 8 of TTC month #2. I’m in the US and would ideally order whatever I decide on from online.

Is this normal? I’ve read it should be like a day after you ovulate. First time tracking ovulation and BBT. My LH peak was on CD 18 as well as a temp increase of 1.0 degree Fahrenheit.

I know everyone’s body is different, I just want feedback if anyone else has a temp increase same day as ovulation. Still trying to figure out my cycle as I’m newly off oral contraceptive.

I’ve never been pregnant before and just stopped taking my combo bc pill on May 12 after taking it for 10 months. I’m a naturally anxious person, this whole TTC thing has me stressed! I had my first real period June 10-14 and am taking CoQ10 Ubiquinol (my partner is too) along with Double Wood Inositol, and Pink Stork Prenatal.

I’ve been using lh test strips to check for an lh surge without any luck on catching a surge. I always am very hydrated, so I’m not sure if I missed the surge because of this or timing, even with testing twice a day during Flo’s suggested “fertile days”

I did have obvious EWCM on Monday, so we BD. Today is CD 16.

No PCOS or endometriosis, to my knowledge.
