Is this normal? I’ve read it should be like a day after you ovulate. First time tracking ovulation and BBT. My LH peak was on CD 18 as well as a temp increase of 1.0 degree Fahrenheit.

I know everyone’s body is different, I just want feedback if anyone else has a temp increase same day as ovulation. Still trying to figure out my cycle as I’m newly off oral contraceptive.

I’ve never been pregnant before and just stopped taking my combo bc pill on May 12 after taking it for 10 months. I’m a naturally anxious person, this whole TTC thing has me stressed! I had my first real period June 10-14 and am taking CoQ10 Ubiquinol (my partner is too) along with Double Wood Inositol, and Pink Stork Prenatal.

I’ve been using lh test strips to check for an lh surge without any luck on catching a surge. I always am very hydrated, so I’m not sure if I missed the surge because of this or timing, even with testing twice a day during Flo’s suggested “fertile days”

I did have obvious EWCM on Monday, so we BD. Today is CD 16.

No PCOS or endometriosis, to my knowledge.

Any tips for someone getting off combo pill TTC for the first time? How long did it take you to conceive after stopping bc?
