Why just low water level in spa?

We left town for a week, and midway though the breaker flipped on our pool pumps so they didn't run for 4-5 days

Came back to a normal pool water level but the spa was over halfway drained. Our autofill was turned off before we left.

Is it normal for the water to drain from the spa more than the pool? I'd assume evaporation would show equal decreased level for both pool and spa, but odd that my pool level was perfect.

Draining from the spa to fill the pool somehow?

Pool leak quote

Did a bucket test and felt like I had a leak

Called American Leak Detection and this is what they found

Attaching the description, photos and even a diagram they drew.

They can't tell how much water I'm losing but also said that I'm likely losing water from the spa into the pool due to a bad spa jet diverter valve

Looks like I'm looking at close to $1500 to get this all repaired. Do these prices seem reasonable?

I already spent $600 for the diagnosis aspect so I'm not sure if getting more quotes means spending more diagnosis fees with other companies vs just proceeding

Any advice appreciated!

Do you need a separate spreadsheet ?

Does anyone who does all their invoicing in just Square ever use a second spreadsheet?

I'm in a service business and I invoice everything through Square. Whether they pay me by credit card (70% of the time), vs check or Zelle, I submit the invoice via Square every time, then mark as paid if it's not paid directly though the square app (like a Zelle payment to my business checking account)

With that kind of setup, do you see a need for a separate spreadsheet?

I'm new to this so I've been keeping my own Google Spreadsheet doc but at this point it feels redundant to retype information that is being tracked by Square

Just checking if I'm missing anything before I stop my extra spreadsheet

New 110 MSRP discounts

Looking for a 2026 Woolstone Green defender 110

I see a ton of new ones online but all of them are "listed" at MSRP or slightly over.

I have no doubt they'll be discounted later this year as 2027 rolls out but curious how (if any) of a discount anyone is getting on new 2026s?

On that note, if any dealers on here want to give me a great deal on a 2026 Green defender, I'm a buyer 😁

Citi extended warranty process

Purchased a 75 inch TCL TV from Citi double cash almost 1.5 years ago.

Screen blacked out. Tried soft reset, doesn't work

What's the process for submitting a warranty claim?

I don't want to pay a TV technician $200 for a diagnostic fee when the TV is only worth $600

But I also imagine Citi wants me to prove it's not working somehow

Would appreciate any advice on your experiences with electronics for warranty

Shipping refund timeline

Had a car shipped, expected "ready to drive by" dare has come and gone

Car is physically here but they said they got some weird engine lights and had to have the car sent to dealership. No timeline for repair or when ready

I asked for a refund and they told me "we can only process the refund once the car is ready to sale. Once it is ready, we will reach out and if you're still not interested, we will refund shipping"

Sounds like a bit of a weird practice. What if this takes 2 months to fix? My shipping fee is in their hands for an undetermined amount of time?

I'm also unable to reserve or ship any other cars bc the system still sees this car as reserved for me and I get an error that I can only reserve one car at a time

Is this normal practice? They're not denying I should get a refund, just that it's unknown when I'll get it depending on when car is officially ready

40k mile maintenance expectations?

Contemplating picking up a 2020 Defender with extended warranty with about 40k miles

Curious if this is the mileage that a large chunk of maintenance comes due? While the warranty is exclusionary, I'm obviously still responsible for all maintenance

Tried finding a maintenance schedule for Defenders and does not seem to be easy to come by

Thanks!
