Gooseworx (creator of Amazing Digital Circus) has been a SR fan for some time now.
[TOMT][Actor+Movie][2000s] White Male Tall FAT Actor that played comedic roles in the 2000s.
I was watching a movie months ago at a hotel .
It was like a cheesy horror comedy from the 2000s . possibly made-4-tv movie. that stars minor non celebs as actors. It centered around a team of teen boys get involved in a ghost haunting at their school.
Looked up the day i saw it but didnt recall much of what i saw on wikipedia and letterboxd so this is what i recall about it:
- It was really weird balencing those tones. It was like Idle Hands in tone i think.
- One of the main guys in the cast is a teen boy character who was really fat and tall. Utilized in a comedic fashion throughout. and it was key that the actor was tall and FAT.
- the word "Ghost" may be in the titleof this movie
Did they talk about the Reverend X/Spongebob connection yesterday?
Korey teased it when he was talking about Rev. X on the trivia stream on saturday. Said he would talk about it on sunday service.
Braids expired, when is the best time to take them out?
These 5 weeks old rows gotta go. I like the braidout look, but I shower at night and prefer to sleep on my back.
What is the best time of the day to take them out?
[TOMT] [ADVERT] [2010’s] Fruit drink advert where fruits transformers into robots that protect a kid named "Sam" , bizarre Transformers riff
- I saw it in Nigeria so it mightve been a british/south african advert
- definetly a riff on the popular Transformers films, not a direct product tie-in
- Might've been Ribena/FiveAlive
- Starts with an unsuspecting kid walking on the sidewalk
- The fruits just spawn outta nowhere and then turn into humanoid robots and fight germs(?) or potential microscopic dangers . to imply that the drink is healthy
- They were CG fruits/robots and really lame looking even for the time I saw it
- "We have to protect Sam" is said in bad Optimus Prime impression
Looking for a movie they covered on VFX ARTIST REACT.
- It had a pretty earthy color pallete
- it was European
- had many wide shots
- alot of shit going on in the bg
- pre-2000s with alot of effects in camera
- Not a mainstream movie but it think it has a good rep with the arty type film crowd
- Episode mustve been from 2024-2025
Jeremie had a whole character based on him in Code Lyoko
for the OG 2000s french animation fans (ouieebs) out there.
1st ride , 1st accident, 1st total. Goodbye ✌🏾
~200 days of ownership and ~117100 miles on her.
Jeremie Perin is the guest on the next pod, I cant recommend Lastman enough to the fans of Mars Express , his music videos ,or interesting adult animation. Underseen masterpiece.
recommended if you're into schlocky Paul Verhoeven-esque satrical fantasy gangster creature boxing grindhouse type stuff
