Looking for FOSS alternative to Atlas.ti (Uni provides access for it but I run Linux :/)

Context: I'm a Master's student using a survey for my thesis. The survey however consists of quite a few open-text questions as well, to which I've received a decent amount of responses (Almost all of which are at least 2-3 lines in length). To ease up my coding process, I was going through possible alternatives to Atlas.ti (The pro version is licensed by my university to download it onto my system but I cannot access since I run Linux. For some reason their access is only a 7 day trial period on the web-app, so basically allowing people to just download the software.)

I would appreciate any help or recommendations in this regard as the alternatives I have found so far seem to be lacking in their usecases or are not compatible on Linux as well or paid. I do use R for my quant coding but I'm not sure I'm having sufficient prowess in it yet, to run the qual analysis on it as well. Or at least I think i do not lol

Facing issues post the Android 17/July Security Update on my Pixel 7

Hi, My Pixel 7 has run into an insane number of issues since the time I've updated the device to Android 17 and also updated to the latest security update I guess. For context:

\- My **WhatsApp notifications** do not show up anymore. Like neither calls nor texts pop up on the screen unless I explicitly have the app open in the background.

\- **Google pay** does not work properly. Half the time the NFC doesn't get recognised with the card reader and even after I try to open the app to pay, it more often than not shows me that there are no cards available to pay (And that I should add some cards)

\- My **battery is draining** extremely fast and is charging at almost 1% for like every 5-6 minutes if I am lucky that is.

\- My **banking application** logged me out and I cannot log back in, as it constantly shows that the login fails (Even though I have tried to log in using the same credentials on my web browser on the phone, the browser on my laptop and even the same application on my girlfriend's phone and was successful on all those occasions so clearly not a bank-related issue)

Apart from all these, the phone itself feels quite choppy and lagging, almost as if the performance has been manipulated with.

# Technical context:

\- Android Version : 17

\- Phone model : Pixel 7

\- Google play and Security Versions : July, 2026

Anyone else facing similar situations? I would be really grateful if someone can provide any sort of suggestions or support!! Thank you!

These little demons of dawn hours would love it if you could help their dad! (CAT TAX SHALL BE PAID IN FULL!)

[OFF-TOPIC]

Hey everyone,

I hate doing this but I'm a master's student and really need support in responses for my Anonymous, purely academic survey on 'Privacy perceptions of Indian Internet Users regarding their personal data'. IT ONLY TAKES 10 MINUTES

I would appreciate your help in filling it out and sharing it with your friends and family as well. I'm extremely sorry for baiting using my cat's pictures but hey they got to contribute to the rent somehow 😬

Btw, that's Alexis and Aslan, siblings, around 14 months old. Absolute goofballsss that I love!🥺

Anyways link to the survey : https://uds.fra1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_5pOBwgdhHkDSWhg

I will pay as much cat tax as necessary if it helps, I promise!!!🫶

Edit : Post the pressure from my partner, I'm required to buy them a new cat tree, if I end up getting 30 responses🫣🧐
