I logged on yesterday to grind more character mastery just to be met with everything wiped. all my arcade progress, story progress and rank reset has anyone else had this happen to them? is there a fix?? please help me

I would love the reanimen as playable!!! the models exist fot cecil but they aren't really fighting? just running. I think it'd be a great opportunity for a free character or atleast unlockable. plus if they wanted to do skins they could do the variant skins of mark. let me know what you think.
