So, I’m a 30+ M and need some advice.

I had one relationship in college, but after she cheated on me, I completely lost trust in women and started staying away from them. I’ve never really tried to interact with anyone romantically since then, nor have I actively wanted to be in a relationship.

However, I now feel that I’m mentally and financially ready for marriage. The problem is, I have no idea where to start.

Over the years, I’ve removed most of my female connections and intentionally narrowed my social circle to the point where I barely have any female friends or acquaintances. Now, I don’t even know how to socialize or meet someone naturally.

I also find myself being afraid of women sometimes, especially after seeing all the news and stories about relationships these days.

I genuinely don’t know what to do or where to begin. Any advice would be appreciated.
