Took the old black arrow out for a morning ride.

Not much else to say. Haven’t been riding much lately, so it felt good to get the bike out for bit. Need to plan a longer ride soon.

Solo Sunday breakfast and a morning ride

Quiet breakfast after a noisy night. Hope you all had a wonderful Independence Day if you’re here in the U.S. :)

*Riding pic from previous adventure. Helmet cam died. Rode the to the same spot so it counts 😂

Some of the paths I’ve taken

Just some pics of various trails I’ve walked in the Pacific Northwest.

Solo hike day 2…and flautas :)

So I was disappointed with yesterday’s hike at the coast so I decided to go for another hike in the opposite direction in the Gorge. Hiked 6 miles up a cliffside, through an old cherry orchard, and across a windy plateau. The hike was gorgeous and lunch was well earned 😂

Another solo hike at the coast today.

The trail wasn’t great, and I got soaked right out of the gate, but there were a few nice spots along the way. 😅

I miss 2021

I don’t really have much else to say. Just bumming out a bit on having fumbled a significant amount of profit, combined with missing the feeling of hope and excitement. Felt like we were in uncharted territory with new cool stuff just around the corner.

I hope we get another chance to experience it.

Hamilton Mountain trail

From a hike I did last week. Looking forward to Fall when this weather is the norm and fewer folks are out.
