I received my ZOTAC GeForce RTX 5080 AMP Extreme today!

I'm trying to reduce power consumption and voltage while keeping stock clocks using LACT.

This is my 5080 undervolt curve to keep the voltage low while maintaining stock frequency. 📉 It feels counter-intuitive how it's visualized though; I'd prefer volts on the Y-axis and frequency on the X-axis. 🤔💡

Does this look like a good result?
Do you have any advice or suggestions?

I’m already a bit worried about the VRAM (it seems quite low for AI) and the brand I’ve chosen. Do you think it will hold its value and be reliable?

volevo condividere un'esperienza con Toyota Financial Services (TFS) e capire se è capitato anche a voi.

Ho un finanziamento Toyota Easy con Valore Futuro Garantito (VFG). Ho provato a versare una somma anticipata per **ridurre le rate mensili**. Risposta di TFS: non si può fare. Qualsiasi pagamento anticipato viene imputato *esclusivamente* alla maxirata finale. Per ridurre le rate occorrerebbe prima saldare per intero la maxirata, e solo l'eventuale eccedenza andrebbe a scalare le rate ordinarie — il che nella pratica significa che devi avere la liquidità per estinguere quasi tutto il debito.

In pratica le uniche opzioni reali sono:
- estingui tutto il contratto
- oppure continui a pagare le rate invariate

L'aspetto legale

L'art. 125-sexies del Testo Unico Bancario (introdotto dal D.Lgs. 141/2010, che recepisce la Direttiva europea 2008/48/CE) stabilisce chiaramente che il rimborso anticipato parziale è un diritto del consumatore, con conseguente riduzione proporzionale del costo totale del credito.

TFS giustifica la sua policy sostenendo che la maxirata fa parte del finanziamento e che quindi il pagamento anticipato vada imputato lì. È un'interpretazione che nella pratica svuota completamente il diritto al rimborso parziale per chiunque non abbia la liquidità per coprire l'intera maxirata.

A qualcuno è capitata la stessa cosa? Avete trovato un modo per farvi valere, o avete semplicemente accettato la risposta di TFS?
