Figured they’re just in temporary storage before bagging, but I thought it looked funny

Hope this is the right place but I’ve been having trouble for months with my new shower. I noticed the leak and bought a grout saw and removed as much as I could, then put in new grout and grout sealer. I’ve been told a dozen times that grout is permeable so I’m not exactly sure what the sealer is for to be honest. Leak seemed to stop for a while and then started again. This time I tried re caulking where the glass walls meet the tile walls. That didn’t seem to help much because I soon noticed the leak again.

It appears as a slow dripping out the corner where the grout has turned orangish on the outside. I cut up the drywall where it was molding to get a look but met some studs… so I’m at a bit of a loss on what to do next.

Also there’s a little hole through the drywall that I have no idea where it came from, but it became visible once I cut the little square out.
