Battle Rope replacement?

My gym got rid off the battle rope and filled the space with other stuffs that I don't use (I have hip dysplasia).

I have a set of resistance bands and a doorway pull-up bar in my tiny tiny apartment. But I don't have enough space to put a rope and swing it.

Is there any exercise similar to the battle rope, in term of movement and stress relief, but using resistance band(s)?

Thank you for any suggestions/ideas.

Better noise blocking than Soundcore Space A40?

Hi

I have been using A40 since 2023. While I'm happy with them, they can't fully block kids screaming in playground or construction noise. Both sources of noise are right next to my apartment.

I already use earplugs during the night, so I'm looking for something comfortable and better sound blocking than A40.

I like over-ear headphones but somehow they made me feel nauseous. So I had to sell my Anker Q30 and return other ANC headphones.

I don't want to spend a lot, but willing to pay up to 150-200€ for the sake of my sanity. Or I have a better chance to just get foam eat tips to put on my A40?

Dictionary crashes after updating firmware

I updated the new firmware on my Boox Note Air 5C this afternoon and after that the dictionary crashes. I tried deleting my old dict files and restarted. But I still can't use any dictionaries.

Does Note Air 5C has B&W mode?

I have Meebook m8c that has black&white display mode. It does make the manga or books look quite sharper.

I will check the cover and the first few pages of manga in color, then I need to toggle it to B&W to be able to read better.

Now I'm looking to upgrade to 10.3 inch to be able to read manga more comfortably. And I'm deciding between Boox Note Air 5C and Go 10.3 gen II Lumi.

I couldn't find whether Air 5C has this setting or not.

Will bigger color screen compensate the lack of sharpness on B&W manga?

Thank you :)

Hi, I have been using ReadEra on my Samsung phone and tablet. I need dictionaries for 4-5 languages. The quick search using dictionaries or google translation for long phrases, along with OCR right on the app has spoiled me.

But they gave me eyestrain. And if I read a physical book, my focus is gone the moment I touch my phone to use dictionaries.

I have Kindle Paperwhite since 2012, while I love it, I couldn't find external Korean dictionary.

And it's too small for manga and comics. Plus can't use OCR on Paperwhite.

Is Boox or any e-ink Android devices work well on reading apps like ReadEra? I want to use it during the night or in low light.
