Urgent sincere advice regarding FCPS part 1 preparation please

I am an old graduate and need to give part 1 now.

What are my chances of clearing October attempt if i start preparing now, as I don't want to let go of this attempt and consequently January induction. (I was stuck because of something and the matter has just resolved now).

I have no idea of current exam pattern, study material etc but I've cleared fcps part 1 exam once in 2018. I am in touch with some selective basic academic studies because of my teaching job.

How should i approach the situation, what should be my study resources?

Any relevant insight is appreciated!

Thanks!

Advice on career pathway

I am a medical graduate and have 2 years medicine training experience. Training had to be discontinued for some reason. Last clinical job was almost 2 years back. Currently in a non clinical role (academic) for 1 year.

I also have GMC registration.

I want to get my career back on track and i am thinking to get Ireland medical registration but concerned about the job situation there. Making the investment wouldn't be easy for me so don't want to get stuck again like i got with PLAB pathway.

Considering the situation and job saturation there and my background (clinical, registrations, clinical gaps), how likely is it that i get a job if i get the liscence? Or should i do something like FCPS or MCPS or something else to strengthen my position to get a job there.

I am already looking for a clinical non-training role here to avoid further gap but no luck yet.

What are the some other countries that are a good option for me right now?

What should be my roadmap? Please guide. Would be extremely thankful

Need advice for further career step

I did 2 years training in medicine but had to quit it for some reason.

I have also got GMC registration via PLAB pathway but no luck yet. (It's been more than a year).

Should i consider getting into training again or consider any other country? Or is there another good option in Pakistan or internationally of maybe another postgraduate program enrollment or anything?

Just clueless what to do next and loosing more time because of it.

What field would be a good option if i get into training again? Medicine or allied? How about family medicine?

I don't have much financial resources to invest. Will have to arrange it someway if needed, so need to be very vigilant and aware about whatever i do next.

Looking for information about fcps1 and training induction process in Punjab

I am planning to start residency training in medicine or allied but I don't have much information about the details regarding the process, rules etc. I am an old graduate so particularly unaware of the recent rules and how it works in punjab specifically. Please guide me regarding any specific rules of fcps 1and training induction tests, and whatever i should be knowing in this regard.

Available slots/opportunities in medicine vs allied

Is there a possibility of having to do it unpaid?

I don't have a domicile of Punjab so will that be a problem for getting a training slot in government hospitals?

Would be really grateful for all the insight.

New to this platform and trying to find some communities/subreddits of my interest.

I am new to reddit. I want to actually use the platform the right way and engage with people, different communities. But Ican't seem to find something of my interest other than the one for stories (although I'm not a story person for long). I also want to get some serious advices here but later on, once i know the right communities and the right ways.

For some reason my account got restricted initially so i am also bit more cautious in commenting or posting anything.

I'm looking for some suggestions for some nice light hearted communities to interact. I love to learn new facts, reading quotes enjoying nature, and I am a millennial for reference.

Also need to know if the community and subreddit mean the same thing or no? Any other related terms please.

Would appreciate any related guidance please.

Thank you!
