Hello Mr. Developer! Quick feature request. I usually record my lectures without taking notes, then go back afterward and add notes while listening to the playback. Any chance you could add support for syncing notes to a recording after it’s already made, not just live? Would be huge for people who study this way.
If this is already a feature, I apologize. I haven’t figured it out yet if it is.

Hey guys, I don’t know if this is just a result of school, or maybe my own personal reasons, but throughout school, I’ve noticed that a lot of things annoy me, the things that people do, the way that people act, I’m just very hyper aware of my surroundings because school is my whole life right now. Being one of the younger people in my class, I feel as if I’m looked at as immature, or like I’m stupid. I know in reality once school is done, no one’s gonna care about your GPA, but I can’t help it and I compare myself to other people. I know that comparison is the thief of joy, but I just feel so much lesser than my classmates because I’m not scoring as high as they are. Or, when someone asks me a question and I want to explain it, and my other classmate pitches in and doesn’t let me talk, it really puts me down. We have a class of a lot of strong personalities, and I feel like these people are naturally born to lead, I just don’t feel like I have that right now. Has anyone else experienced this? Thank you.
Is this MC? There’s one on my arm. Has been there for a week. This morning I self extracted and little whitish/yellowish bit came out, was hard but couldn’t tell if it was MC or keratin plug. It did bleed, but I’m not sure if that’s because I poked it first then extracted.
I’m not understanding how I’m still unproductive. I had one run where my VO2 max was lower than usual and it just made every workout since “unproductive”. It says my recovery for workouts is 0 hours too. I’m very healthy, granted I am stressed due to school but besides that I workout regularly. Not sure why it won’t change.
Got 0.025% Tretinoin gel (RETIN-A brand) and will be starting Sunday. Starting with once a week I’ll do a pea sized dot. I wanted to know if these products have been used by anyone else? I already use them now. Was planning on sandwiching with the lotion too.
Hey! As the title reads, I was on accutane for 6 months, skin was SO CLEAR after treatment! I moved to a humid environment 2 months after stopping. I tried using Paula’s choice BHA salicylic acid for a month, then stopped because I started breaking out near my smile lines. It’s been a month since I used it and now the pimples just don’t go away. In fact, I have more popping up on my chin now. What’s next? Tretinoin? I tried it before Accutane and my
purge lasted wayyyyy too long. I don’t think my skin liked it. I’m just frustrated I want my perfect post accutane skin back.
I have had molluscum for almost 2 years now, and about a month or two ago was when I decided to self extract. I extracted about 15 bumps and they are healing very nicely, but I have had about four or five show up in a completely different area. I use isopropyl alcohol. I use gloves and I clean my extraction tool every time, why are there new ones showing up? As soon as I see them, I extract them, is that good? I’m so over this, I feel disgusting and I feel like I’m just making it worse.
Like the title says, I had a bump on my eyelid and no one could even seem to tell me what it is so I decided to extract it today. I cleaned my tweezers with alcohol and then I wore gloves and when I got the white part out it looked like a core and then it bled, so unfortunately I do think it was molluscum and now I’m terrified im going to get more lesions on my eyelid. Has anyone ever had this happen?
I have a bump on my lower eyelid, no pain, no redness, no drainage. Has been present for 4 months. Started out small and is getting slightly bigger and is white at the tip. I want to pop it but I’m scared if it’s viral that I’m going to spread it. There is only one bump. No itching or irritation. I’m scared it’s viral. Someone please help me out! Went to see the eye doctor when I first noticed and he said it doesn’t look like molluscum? But didn’t rule out warts?
Edit: when I say impacting vision, it’s ever so slightly. I can see it when I squint and it just bothers me
For a backstory, I live in an apartment building in a very humid environment, when I first moved in, I had a German roach problem, had maintenance come out, and they pulled out the dishwasher and sprayed. That is primarily where I see them, behind the dishwasher. In the past week, I’ve seen two adults, but I’ve seen lots of nymphs that are dead too. When my roach problem first began two months ago, I bought ADVAIR and GENTROL IGL. So my concern is, why do I still see adults? And why have I seen two within the past week? It’s been two months. I understand that living in an apartment, means your neighbors could have roaches. But I’m tired of this, it’s disgusting.
So within the past 2 days I’ve extracted about 20 MC lesions. Cores came out, sites bled a lot. I changed gloves in between each extraction, wiped my curettage tool with 91% alcohol, cleaned each wound with isopropyl alcohol with each extraction before AND after. I now have liquid bandage on it. Do you think they will come back? Did I screw up by doing so many? I was pretty careful with not touching anything and disinfecting. I want them gone. It’s been a year of this.

Hello! I am a new PA student and I am on week 2 of didactic year. I have been using Anki, Claude and Notebook LM to study and find that a good mixture of everything seems to be working so far. However, I have noticed the stress is consuming me. My sleep quality has gone down, resting heart rate has increased significantly, HRV is at my all time lowest. I go to bed thinking about the study material, wake up in the middle of the night thinking about the study material. I just want to sleep again! Any tips, tricks or advice? Anyone who has experienced the same thing?
