What's going to be done about the people who, mistakenly or not, opened the Roblox-VNG app? They do not know Vietnamese so they're unable to read the disclaimer, not to mention that Roblox-VNG is available on most of phone's app store, meaning anyone can easily reach them. And locking them there is just a trap and misuse of knowledge. Not to forget that people who experienced this are mostly minors too...

No, I do not want to hear about any saying which is just "It's over for you lol". This problem may be worse than almost anything, and everyone keeps turning their back on these people.

People who are locked to Roblox-VNG, might have bought robux, so they paid for a product. Buy now they're unable to use that product since most of the games are banned...

Hello! People were talking about games that recently took out of the use by VNG coming back to use & play.

I've been contemplating that it was only for the people that never accepted the ToS, BUT NOW I'm a bit happy because it's actually true for me too! Though I had used Roblox-VNG (it was almost a year ago and I didn't have enough knowledge).

Blade Ball, MM2 and such weren't avaible for me to play but now I can easily join and play them!

ANOTHER UPDATE, chat lock, or whatever you'd like say, is gone too! But you still have to chat people only in Vietnam.

So it seems like they reverted to update? I hope we can even go further and free our accounts from this prison (especially foreigners) TvT.

Roblox VNG, misuses and exploits the lack of knowledge of a player. Roblox VNG keeps innocent people away from playing their comfort game or just spending time to reduce their stress. Restrictions are both killing Roblox VNG and Roblox itself. Many people's, from different countries, accounts are locked to Roblox VNG at the moment And the Roblox VNG team is rejecting all requests for assistance.

I've noticed many people are talking about this huge issue. And I want to be hopeful that something may change. Affected or not, this disgusting issue needs to be spread and closed. I'll post daily on this topic, interacting with these types of posts may be great help. I'm waiting for everything to be well again. Thank you for reading this,

I'm the edge of losing my account, I have enough proof and documents (payment receipts and etc.) but whenever I try to e-mail the support I cannot get an acceptance or help. My location was changed and I cannot buy robux, cannot do id or face verification, cannot play most of the games and I'm so tired of this. I was willing to do them all. My inventory stays the same though. I don't even know if it was a hacking or lack of knowledge.

please spread this information, Roblox vng is is not only restricting local Vietnamese players, but it's also misusing and ignoring players! For example, how are we able to reach Roblox VNG all across the world, even though it's made for Vietnam? And they're saying if you use it even for one time, you cannot revert it back. It should not even be a thought that you are restricted on a game platform! A game platform which is made for people to have fun! And some people face this issue without having done anything! This should take into consideration immediately! Players (including me) are at the edge of losing their accounts!
