normal to suddenly have a hard time getting tired at night? I can't sleep at all. Also, feeling unmotivated?

I have been having a hard time sleeping, after the severe symptoms faded. It's been around 3 weeks, and the symptoms faded about a week ago, or well, the severe ones at least. I have been feeling very tired and unmotivated, lazy almost. I used to be so active before getting this virus, but now I just feel tired. any advice? I wanna start getting active again. I also want to be able to sleep, since I absolutely have been unable to sleep.

I usually just try and wait till I get sleepy, but it's been impossible lately. I am unable to get tired no matter what I do. And in the morning, I feel exhausted because I would've been up so late. It's currently 3am. I and starting to feel tired, but this is ridiculous. Yesterday I couldnt sleep till 4am.

Is this normal??

Did anyone else after their symptoms faded have extreme mental hunger yet also feel more full? Also, feeling demotivated?

It had been 1-2 weeks since the severe symptoms faded, and I'm starting to feel 'normal'. There's one issue though, I'm getting very mentally hungry, usually during the evening, even when I feel full. I haven't done much movement, or exercise, since I'm trying to still take it easy despite losing my mind over it.

Before mono, I was very active, and exercised as well as walked my 10k (+) steps, daily,. I've started some light exercise, but it's making me feel insecure and sometimes I don't feel like doing it. I genuinely love exercise, and routine, but it's been so hard to even start again. I know I have to take it easy.

So, I'm not very active, and I lost some weight over mono, but it's not like I'm at all underweight. I'm 5'1, around 134lbs, though I've probably gained a bit since yesterday's weighing. I am also, 18 years old. Prior to mono, I was around 140lbs, but I was active. I feel like the weight I lost doesn't need to be gained back either.

I have ADHD, and a past of eating disorders, but I seriously don't know what to do. I'm being driven to insanity. Not only that, but it feels like I process things slower too. Does anyone have any advice? What should I do?

Soo.. It's okay to rest when there is pus in my throat? As well as eat somewhat more unhealthy? I won't explode in weight and lose all my muscle, right? I am not asking for medical advice.

I realize this is extremely irrational, but I was recently happy with my physique the other day. Right now, as of today, I went to a doctor. Said I had pus in my throat and they're gonna send a sample to be tested for strep. The strep test came back negative. So I don't got strep. Just an insanely swollen throat and lymph nodes. It's becoming I creasinglb more swollen. I feel not too good, but I also just am weird when it comes to knowing when to rest or not.

Does anyone have any advice? Even just comfort? I do realize this is SO irrational but, you know? I was hoping a community like this with alot of fitness focused people would be able to help me feel better.

I am not asking for medical advice. I am asking for support

I'm AFAB, I don't know if that would help with giving advice for resting, or my fitness.

I really appreciate any advice or wisdom. Thank you.

These are tonsil stones.. right? Really gross. I apologize.

Hey, tonsils are bothering me, I feel rather inflamed. Wondering if these are tonsil stones.

Edit: Yeah, so guys, if it ever looks like this, go to a doctor. Currently getting tested for strep. If it's not strep, it could be mono or something else, and in that case, I gotta tough it out since antibiotics wouldn't work. Doc said this was pus.

It smells, and tastes foul. Aches too.

No wonder my mouth has been tasting bad, maybe I should've taken a look earlier.. gotta resist tryna push on them.. though.. seems scary. Anyways. There's my update, just in case anyone else finds them in this scenario.
