I have waist length wavy hair - 2A/2B curls and my hair is colour treated. I decided to grow it out around 2 years ago and I trim my hair every few months. The hair on my scalp and the top of my head until my neck is healthy, but below my shoulders, the hair gets drier and drier and the ends feel dry as hay. I regularly use Parachute’s almond oil and my hair loves it and becomes instantly smooth and shiny when applied but a couple of hours later the oil gets absorbed fully and the ends of my hair becomes dry again.

I work out and have an active lifestyle and wash my hair 2-3 times a week. My hair is also usually up in braids or a ponytail when I work out.
I use the wow apple cider vinegar shampoo and the Loreal 5 oils deep conditioner. I also occasionally use a Head and shoulders two in one shampoo and conditioner when I’m short on time. I blow dry my hair occasionally with a diffuser and Moxie’s heat protectant spray or the Loreal extraordinary oil hair serum.

I’m looking for recommendations for a leave in conditioner or hair oil to help with hair damage and I would really appreciate any recommendations below 1000 rupees.

I’m also open to home remedies to reduce hair damage. I’ll do anything except put raw eggs in my hair. TIA!
