Trying to setup sprinkler system to shared canal water system
Just moved into a house with an irrigation setup I've never seen before. There's a pump house that supplies water to the whole neighborhood. The access (in the first picture) is attached to the main line that supplies the neighborhood. The last homeowner didn't want to deal with installing impact rotors as the lawn is fairly small so he had the lines attach to the house water (second photo) with the bottom two connections being the two zones for the front lawn and the top being the old zone to the backyard (he had the backyard zeroscaped). Impact rotors definitely wouldn't make sense, but rain bird makes spray heads that can be used with dirty water, and I'd rather replace them with that than pay for using city water.
First off, I assume that if I take the plug off the access, it's going to make a nice geyser. How would you recommend dealing with that? But more importantly, how would you guys recommend tackling this? It seems pretty straightforward, but I want to make sure I'm not underthinking things and forgetting something that may cause problems for me or my neighbors down the line. Seems to me that I could just throw a valve down on the access and run a hose straight to the sprinkler connection (which i may do while i get something better setup), but I want to make it a little nicer and use pvc and setup a timer. Is there anything I'm not thinking about? It's not connected to potable water, so shouldn't need a backflow valve, but do I need some kind of flow regulator?

Coax in every room, but only 1 works?
Just moved into a new house, and the previous owner was in the hospital or something, I'm not sure, but couldn't ask about a lot of quirks about the house. But there are coax in almost every room of the house that I have tried to connect the modem to, but only one of them works. You can see some old hardware from highline internet (and a coax that wasnt put back together), but we use spectrum. I'd assume that wouldn't matter, but I've never seen a box/modem/whatever the fuck that thing is like it before. I'm guessing it has to do with fiber optic? I haven't ventured down to the crawlspace yet to play electrician and see what they've got goin on down there. I've never seen a home with coax in every room before so if anyone has any ideas what might be goin on or how I can go about getting at least a couple of them set up, I'd appreciate it!

Pumped brakes before replacing rear brakes
22 nissan altima. I don't know why, but I pumped the brakes after replacing the front brakes, but before doing the rear ones. Now the caliper will not budge. What now?
Edit: just realized some rear calipers you have to wind back. Are these windback?

Is it normal for my goblin to become picky?
Gsd/akita got sick a couple weeks ago with a light cold and she stopped eating her kibble. I've heard around 8 months they might start eating less, but it literally went from one day going absolute crazy for her food to the next day not wanting to touch it. She'll still chew on bones or want to eat the cats' foods, or she'll eat her kibble if something gets mixed with it. Just felt very random, and very sudden. Apparently her mom is picky eater too and she's the GSD. Is this a common thing for the breed? Any tips for keeping her interested in her food if we switch brands? Also her teeth look fine and she still chews on things, so it doesn't seem like a dental issue, and her bowel movements have been normal. Just seems like she looked at her food when she was sick and said "ew, never again."
