Feeling of suffocation everyday in welding

Feeling of suffocation/air hunger every time I weld — started after 2+ years
I’ve been working as a welder for more than 2 years and never had this problem before.
But for the last month, almost every day, the moment I start working/welding, I start feeling a sensation of suffocation or not getting enough air. Because of that feeling, I keep taking deep breaths to feel satisfied.
The strange part is that it continues basically the entire 10-hour shift, from when I start work until I finish. When I’m not working, it’s much less noticeable.

Can I say yes to this question ? Do you or your spouse or common law partner (if they will come with you to Canada) have at least one brother or sister living in Canada who is a citizen or permanent resident?

My wife is a Canadian citizen and her brother is also a Canadian

Did anyone develop anxiety/shortness of breath, elephant on heart after stopping Paroxetine? Before taking antidepressants I didn’t have any symptoms

I took antidepressants for about 1.5 months around a year ago. Since then I've been having symptoms that come in waves like:
- shortness of breath / air hunger
- heavy chest or "heavy heart" feeling
- shaky hands/body tremors
- feeling stressed physically even when I'm not mentally anxious
I'm 28 and didn't really have these symptoms before taking antidepressants, so I keep wondering if there's a connection or if it triggered some kind of anxiety/stress response.
Has anyone experienced something similar after stopping antidepressants? Did it improve over time? Also did doctors find anything physical or was it mostly anxiety/ nervous system related?
(Not looking for diagnosis, just experiences.

My mother’s passport application is getting rejected due to a document issue and I need advice.

Problem:
Her sister has same name as my mother and date of birth mistakenly used my mother’s 10th certificate while applying for her passport years ago. Now when my mother applied for a passport, the system is showing a conflict/duplicate record and rejecting her application.

We already tried reapplying but it keeps getting rejected automatically.

Questions:

  1. Is this fixable in India passport system?
  2. Should we go through grievance or directly visit Regional Passport Office?
  3. How long does this kind of correction usually take?

Any advice from someone who has faced similar passport document issues would really help.
