Got home state nit cse in josaa toh seat upgrade hona mushkil hai par mai koi chance nhi chhorna chata par garib aadmi kya kre bc 5k satta khelne jaisa hai seat upgrade ho ya nhi pta nhi par mujhe kahi se 5k chahiye, dost se 1k liye 4k aur chahiye, kisi ke pas koi idea, please help

I'm from a financially weak background, so I want to plan everything in advance. I have a few questions:
After paying the PAF, what should I do if I don't want to participate in CSAB? Should I just wait for my institute to announce the physical reporting date on its website?
Since I've already paid the SAF and PAF through JoSAA, is the ₹5,000 CSAB participation fee the only amount I need to pay to participate in CSAB?
If I participate in CSAB and get a seat in Round 2, train tickets might become very expensive because I'll have to book them at the last minute. what do people usually do in this situation?
Do I need to carry all my luggage for physical reporting? After physical reporting, do students usually stay on campus, or do they return home and come back when classes start?
How long after physical reporting do classes usually begin? Is it generally within 1–2 weeks?
Should I take one or both of my parents with me for physical reporting?
Will the admission process be hectic for parents? Where do they usually stay? Do I need to book a hotel nearby, or do colleges provide any accommodation for parents?
During physical reporting, how much fee do I need to pay?
Do I have to pay the hostel and mess fees on the same day as reporting, or can they be paid later?
I have already paid ₹30,000 (SAF) and ₹45,000 (PAF). Approximately how much more money should I keep ready over the next 1–2 months?
