here’s the problem: every time nag-iinquire me sa staffing agencies, di ko pinu push through kasi a part of me is ayaw mag-commit lol ang iniisip ko kasi “ang tagal ng 2-3 years bond”. kaya gusto q sana mag direct hire huhu
para sa inyo bang nag-sign sa staffing agencies, kamusta po? okay naman po ba? puede ba i-ibuy out ang contract if ever? im just so pressured in life rn 🥹
