Is it possible to capture 480i60 without breaking the bank?

I was looking for a relatively cheap combo of hardware to capture my gameplay of PS2 (and other 480i consoles) with the proper 60 fields per second framerate. But all the capture cards and adapters that I had my hands on just won't let me do it.

Most of them don't leave out 480i untouched, so I can't apply Yadif 2x deinterlacing method in OBS. These capture cards deinterlace the signal themselves, and (presumebly) do it using Bob method, which makes the output picture in 30 fps and not 60.

I assume that capture cards like AverMedia DVD EZMaker 7 don't deinterlace signal themselves (if they do, please let me know), but they also cost significantly more than these offbrand ones.

Can you suggest me any pieces of hardware that don't cost like a plane and allow me to have my 480i60?

(pic is not related, just to grab attention)

How rare is this Thinkway Eve?

I wonder how rare she is, and how much she's worth. It's supposedly 2008 Wall-E InterAction Eve. I literally found a single ebay listing of her, and she's broken there. This one seems to be functioning fine.

My biggest problems with final version of Cars 3:

  1. Adding next-gens mid season and allowing them to compete with cars that have significantly lower stats is just bs. It shouldn't happen this way. They either should change generations from the start of new season or make a separate league for them. And before anyone says "but in Cars 1 there were cars from different generations competeing, like King". Yeah, they are from different generations, but they have relatively similar stats. 1970 Plymouth Superbird (King's car) has a top speed of 200+mph. It literally broke the record irl and was then banned from NASCAR for being too op.

  2. It seems like they added Cruz just for feminism's sake, but didn't do her justice. Instead of showing her as a powerful woman that achieves things, she just has plot armor and magically becomes a top 1 racer without ever even stepping on the real racetrack. That just doesn't happen like this. If anything, it feels more sexist than feminist. Like "women can't achieve anything unless they have it given to them on a plate".

  3. McQueen's training makes no sense.

So here's my rewriting:

Although the idea of next-gen cars gradually being forced into racing alongside the older generation seems highly illogical and unfair to me, its too closely associated with Cars 3 to just remove it. So I'll rewrite it so it makes sense.

Instead of it being a norm that everyone simply accepted, it'll be some kind of corrupt scheme run by Sterling. Like he has some connections to the Piston Cup officials and is planting these next-gen drivers to flush out the old, inconvenient drivers, buying up their sponsors when their stocks are down and generally when the team is in trouble, and then they put their own people, their own drivers, in. And all this discontent, that it's unfair, will be justified by the fact that it's FUTURE, that the old men need to go.

Then there's McQueen's training. I used to think that McQueen was all-powerful and didn't need any training, just the better top speed. Now I think differently. First, McQueen needs mental training to avoid succumbing to the pressure of Storm and the others. But that's pretty obvious, many have discussed this thought. Second, McQueen needs to learn to play as a 2nd number, to take a back seat and race with the full understanding that he's the underdog. It's like when football (soccer) teams play against a much superior opponent. They can't just play the same football as before, otherwise they'll concede 500 goals. They need to play defensively, not take risks, wait for opportunities, and so on. And that's how it's gonna be here as well. McQueen may have a ton of experience, he's a legend, but most of that experience comes from races where he was either the clear favorite or at least on the same level as opponents. But here, his level is lower than others, something he's not used to. He needs to use drafting, thereby saving gas, perhaps pitting at a different time than other racers. Maybe pit earlier, maybe try to win some time and pit later and so on. In the final version of Cars 3, it's mentioned that McQueen never relied on drafting because there was no need. But now there is. And instead of practicing all sorts of crap like in the final cut, like driving through the forest with his headlights off and dodging hay bales, the emphasis will be on learning to race as the underdog, to have stronger mentality, to draft and so on.

In the final race, everything will be basically left as it was in the deleted ending, where the number 95 was given to Cruz, and McQueen will be winning Storm under the Dinoco. Just add Doc's flip to it and we're good. And after his victory, he'll be the one to go on a media spree about what a jerk Sterling is, how they've been pushing a new generation, rewriting the rules for their own convenience, and he'll be the leader of the protests against it. He'll push for the creation of a separate league for next-gens, which Cruz will later join. Even though Cruz's stats are a bit lower than next-gens, she'll say that McQueen won under even more unequal conditions, so she'll strive for the same.

And the moral of the cartoon, instead of pseudo-feminism and "there's always someone better than you", will be that you can emerge victorious even from the most unequal of circumstances, and that you need to speak your mind and push for change, that you can achieve your goals even when billionaires and the authorities are against you.

But to keep McQueen from being too Mary Sue-esque, the league he races in will be a league below the next-gen league. This means the level won't be the same, the attendance will be smaller, so he'll drive for another year or two and then retire, becoming Cruz's coach. But to ensure McQueen can still race and isn't completely dumped from the franchise, he could compete in charity events and other smaller races, like football players do after retiring. He'll be there with the other veterans, maybe even with folks from the World Grand Prix.

I'm curious to hear your thoughts on this.

A follow-up to this post - https://www.reddit.com/r/pixarcars/comments/1t0xlg2/did_you_know_that_there_are_two_renders_of_cars_1/

"Missing" is replaced with a bunch of question marks

"Accused" text is removed from courthouse's floor

"Nice Butte" bumper sticker seemingly got censored UPD: it's probably not censorship, just inability to adapt a joke for other languages, like a person pointed out in comments.

"Keep Out" sings on Doc's garage were replaced with textless ones

I don't know the reason for it, maybe these are like US/International releases. Main differences that I saw that the word "Lightning" is missing from a lot of the shots, and only "McQueen" remains. Posters in Rust-eze tent have less text on them, and also during The King's introduction, there's no American flag behind him. Clouds behind "Lightning McQueen" logo during his introduction are different, and so is the zap effect. Maybe there are more changes, but these are all that I found so far.
