How am I supposed to earn points with it?

Do I have to buy a subscription or is there anything else in the app that I have to buy? I don't understand

Is this plan worth buying for?

So I was using the Anilab app for watching anime most. But it's down now and my watch list is in there. So is there any way to get back the list?

I don't recognise this thing, can someone pls explain and tell me what this is for? And how can I remove it? And with which app it's linked?
