okay so i have had this plant for 2 years and always caught mites/mealybugs early but wasn't able to catch these guys until now. i only found out because in texas there was a storm that had the power to snap the branches so i took it in and saw this, it looks like theres two of them, a green one and a white one, its all over the plant and ive already put it in quarantine so it hopefully doesn't spread.

its an outdoor flower plant that gets full sun/8 hours daily about a entire glass of water every two days and it's always pretty happy until now

i dont see any other plants of mine with them so i'm guessing he's the only one sick but i don't wanna dump him at all, i have neem oil but not insecticidal spray and don't know, bin or save?

so about 12 years ago i got my first fly trap until my friend watered it with tap and didn't tell me so it died, i decided to buy one again and saw this one, it was the healthiest one so i gave it a go, i put it in distilled water and leave it out (i took it in because it's raining bad and for a photo)

a few traps began to die but that's fine right? its got 3 flys and one spider though it hasn't started to turn red even though i put it outside two weeks ago in full sun

i use distilled water and don't really know how to repot these types, is it necessary?

i've grown many other flowers and plants but not carnivores

what are these weird balls on my bell pepper? i've dealt with mealybugs white flies spider mites, i've never seen ANYTHING like this, what are they and should i kill them? i see mealybug destroyers so i know theres a pest and im trying to avoid pesticides, are these mealybug larvae, what are they? the plant itself looks healthy so im trying to catch it early. if ANYONE knows what they are. thank you!
