Ladies & Gents, how NOT to take left turns..
Turning left onto Burnhamthorpe from Cawthra. Pretty close call and I was hoping the oncoming guy would be able to brake in time. Luckily they were. Ridiculous driving from the white sedan.

I'm (38M)extremely obese but not diabetic. I weigh 265lbs (173cm) so my BMI is almost 41. I also have obstructive sleep apnea since 5 years and fatty liver disease. I was considering zepbound because it's best suited for these issues but I can't afford it because I'm located in Canada and we don't have compounded tirzepatide here yet. Semaglutide though has dropped prices and ozempic/wegovy are available for much lesser. Less than half the cost of tirzepatide.
Considering I do not have diabetes is it advisable for me to go on glp1 or should I stick to tirzepatide only? If anyone has been in a similar situation would love to hear your experiences.
I'm not yet a tirz user but have a medical consult coming up and they are likely going to prescribe Zepbound. For context I'm 38M / 173cm / 265lbs. My BMI is 41 and I really want to get back to 220lbs and eventually 200lbs. I also have sleep apnea since 5 years and use a CPAP for it.
Also have moderate fatty liver and a senior specialist at one of the hospitals recently told me that tirz has been successful in reducing liver scarring too. So I think the benefits are all round but my concern is that what if I can't afford to keep taking it a year or two from now. I'm based in Canada and zepbound is going for roughly $250-500/month depending on strength. I've heard private insurance covers this so I'll try that but I'm concerned about what if I can't afford this at some point in the future.
Not sure if this is counterintuitive to the group but just curious what people's thoughts are and if anyone has gone down this route. Health Canada recently approved Tirzepatide as a weight loss drug for sleep apnea and wondering if anyone has any experience using it.
I was reading an Oscar Wilde quote and his inspiration behind said quote. In that article it mentioned his second born son's name was Vyvyan (pronounced Vivian) and now my head hurts.
