Guys what is this ??? Is my phone hacked

Hey guys, I have been seeing this site called sdk.moloco.local which I’m not aware of and when I checked the time that it opened, it was literally midnight when I wasn’t using the phone. I’m having serious concerns, considering every hacking scamming thing that I’ve been hearing lately in Sri Lanka. What shall I do now I have uninstalled all of my gaming apps and even added a app limit to this site

advice about Urban Informatics & Planning degree at University of Moratuwa ???

I’m considering the B.Sc. (Hons) in Urban Informatics & Planning at the University of Moratuwa. I heard that this degree was previously known as Town and Country Planning, and it has now been updated with a more modern focus.

How is this degree overall? What is the experience like studying it at Moratuwa? What kind of career opportunities are available after graduation, both in Sri Lanka and internationally? Do you feel this field has a promising future?

I would really appreciate advice from past students, current students, graduates, or anyone who has knowledge about this field.

For someone who is choosing between this degree and a Bio Science degree, what would you recommend considering? Which one has better long-term opportunities, career growth, and chances for further studies?

Ferritin 9 - two doctors said its normal. Still have symptoms

I’m 21 and have been struggling with persistent fatigue and hair loss. I finally got my blood work done and my ferritin is 9.5 ng/mL. My hemoglobin is around 12.6, so my GP is insisting that I’m "fine" and refuses to provide treatment or a referral.
I’ve done the research and I know that 9.5 is objectively low and definitely not "optimal" for someone experiencing these symptoms.

Has anyone else dealt with doctors who dismiss low-normal ferritin? How did you get them to take your symptoms seriously, or should I just stop wasting my time with the GP and go straight to a hematologist? Any advice on how to advocate for myself at the next appointment would be appreciated.

Is this normal for Sri Lankan university/UGC helplines? 30–40 min waits + no answer

I just had a really frustrating experience and I want to know if this is normal or not.

Today I had an issue with my university registration (email confirmation not arriving). I tried calling multiple official numbers related to the process.

- I called around 4 different numbers
- One number I called repeatedly (4+ times)
- One call lasted around 38 minutes with no answer
- Overall I spent more than an hour and a half trying to get through
- Most of the time I was just placed in a queue or not answered at all

Eventually I did get through to one line, and they told me it is an email delay issue due to system load and asked me to wait 24 hours.

My question is:

Is this level of waiting (30–40+ minutes, multiple attempts, no answer) normal for Sri Lankan public university / UGC-related helplines during admission periods?

And more importantly — should this be considered acceptable or should there be a better system during high-traffic admission periods?

I’m not trying to attack anyone, I just genuinely want to understand if this is how it usually works or if this is a known issue.

Would appreciate honest experiences from others.
