I recently moved from North Center to Lakeview near the south end of Southport where it intersects with Lincoln right next to the Golden Apple Diner. When I was in North Center I knew of a few places where you could get a good takeout meal for $10, but everything around here seems more like $17-$20 range. Are there any good places in walking distance I should try?

Probably the first time I’ve done this in 8 months. I’ve been taking MIT these three days which may also be difficult to get off of but I know from experience 7-OH is orders of magnitude worse. It’s honestly has not even been that bad. I definitely feel like my serotonin is depleted because I have been feeling sluggish, a little sad/anxious and have no motivation at work but I know that will eventually go away.
Hoping to never touch it again!

So I have been drinking kratom for years and last summer I went to Portugal for 12 days. I was afraid to smuggle hundreds of grams of powder through TSA since it’s illegal there so I put a bunch of 7-OH tablets at the bottom of a bottle of Tums and took those throughout the trip. Surprise, surprise I got hooked and was eventually taking at least 200 mg a day and the few times I tried to quit cold turkey were the most hellish withdrawals I have ever felt.
Anyways I moved across the country recently and stocked up on this extremely cheap brand called omega and have been taking them for about 10 days now. I was cleaning my room last night and found the packaging for them in my closet and looked at the back and saw 0 PPM 7-OH and the only ingredient was Mitragyna Specioca leaf extract. Did I just placebo my way out of the withdrawals?
