How does your sleep schedule work with this ring? Cause like obviously it expects me to be going to bed between like 11p-3a and yet I’m at work from 11p-7a. Is there anyway to like tweak it and what not.

I’ve been hypothyroid since I was 18, now 36. I’m tired of being chubby. My labs are always “normal” as they say, but what even is normal anymore? Like wow my TSH is fine but what about my T3, T4, reverse T3? They never care about that aspect of it. What can I do to lose weight cause I’m tired of trying to cut out bad foods and getting nowhere. Is it truly just a straight up caloric deficit to get anywhere? Ugh.

What do people use to stop the frizz? I’ve tried so many products and nothing seems to work. I blow dry my hair so that makes it less frizzy but it still doesn’t do a damn thing. I feel like my hair is just overly dry or something yet I use leave in conditioner too.. I’m just getting frustrated that I can’t have my hair down and wavy cause it’s just a frizz ball 🫠 so then I just end up putting it up or I’ll straighten it and it will be ok.

Anyone in here just stay single for the fact that dating these days is absolute garbage? I have willingly been single for the last 7.5 years. I know I’ve had people interested in me, but I’ve not been interested in them and like I have a right to be picky because let’s be real I have dated some losers in the past and I want someone who is real and not just here to waste my time. It’s like anyone I’ve met in like 6 years have been men who just wanna hook up and sure if that’s your thing that’s fine, however, for me it’s like I want someone to spend time with, go places, not just hook up and talk to you in a couple days when you want some ass again 🥴
