Need help determining if I can use CR/NCR toward a Y course or not

Am I able to CR my summer course, PHL245, and have it count toward the PHL350 prerequisites to fulfill my philosophy of science minor?

I do not require PHL245 for my minor and understand CRing it won't count, but may I use a CRed PHL245 to fulfill the prerequisite toward PHL350 (requires PHL245 and 1.5 additional PHL credits) as PHL350 (upcoming fall/winter course) is a part of my minor.

Any help is appreciated, so thank you in advance. I tried contacting the philosophy undergrad advisor but they are away from office and won't respond until August 18, and the last day to CR/NCR is tomorrow August 18.

Can I take pics just for the memory during a panel/screening?

The site noted no recording or pics are permitted during this event, but I wanted to see if its generally okay so long as its not disruptive and quick.

Its my first time at this event, and I'd appreciate any insight on this matter. Thank you in advance.

Post concert reflection (Toronto)

So blessed to have seen them. Just stirred up some feelings about myself and my life. Can't quite describe it. Anyone else feeling this way? Just seeing the band and these musicians come together and perform something beautiful they've worked hard on made me realize I shouldn't deny or withhold what brings me joy—to put it simply. I miss being there man.

Feeling alone not lonely but excited to prepare to go back to school for an engineering degree. What do you guys think/any similar stories?

22 F. About to finish an arts degree in a year. Using time in the summer to prepare to take engineering prerequisites like calculus and physics online high school credits. Plan to take em next summer (calculus is a retake to up my grade) so this is to practice and study in advance. Have a full course load this year so I can't dedicate much time as I need to still keep my grades up when engineering programs evaluate my high school/online high school credits and university transcripts. Feeling crazy but psyched for the first time in a long time in my life. Currently studying a grade 12 physics course on YouTube while taking online university summer classes. Grew up thinking false things about myself but here I am studying physics in the summer. Suddenly fascinated and want to know about how things work in life. I do have an interest in the miniscule details of engines, motion, pressure, and all of that, and my dream is to work in aerospace/space exploration/rockets. When I think of pursuing other things I always have my age in mind but when I think of this and stem I don't think about those and am not miserable, but I'm like a kid again in a sense but grounded.

P.s. I grew up in a narcissistic and unstable household and thought my intellect and brain power/energy/will to live was screwed. Not anymore. Taking matters into my own hands to be healthy mentally/socially/physically/emotionally and doing something in my life worth my efforts. Dad became estranged 8+ months ago but he'd already been living out of his car years before and I was the messenger in between. Live with a narcissistic and emotionally abusive mother/berates me when she wants and gets cute with me when she wants/has no respect or consideration for her eldest daughter. Grieve my dad everyday but the day I decided to choose this for me, and take the necessary steps to prepare, all else was alright, stopped grieving my dad.

P.s. I also write like this rn to get my points straight across or else I cave. Trying to be more active and direct/clear headed, no fluff.

Help me understand this better. Is there something unresolved within me here?

I 22F have an estranged father (and an unhealthy relationship with my mother). I grieve and mourn my dad, all the time. The only thing I find solace in is oddly enough, stem or scientific lectures, conferences, scientific breakthroughs, scientists. Anything creative or artsy has become soulless for me for some reason. I'm not gifted in stem or math although I did well in school with the right, comfortable teachers for me. I'm considering pursuing a second degree in stem (first is in the humanities and while I get decent grades in it, I find nothing of interest in it and have grown to resent it). I'm aware engineering is practical, but I've always found astronomy, cosmology, astrophysics, marine biology, oceanography, geophysics, volcanology, glaciology fascinating. I've been taking a symbolic logic course and while my grades are not stellar, I find that I can comprehend abstract concepts better than expected. I'm not quick learning it but with the right patience and calmness I perform well in these cases. I used to do well in algebra when I was younger as well. I'm always fascinated and at home among other scientists/engineers and I'm aware this is incredibly odd but I thought someone could point something out to me. I've been to a space conference before and have met two different astronauts in my life, Bob Thirsk and Chris Hadfield (book signing event). I don't care about prestige when it comes to going back to school for stem as I'm aware of my academic aptitude and limitations but I believe there's something for me there. Seeing as though my emotions and energy have been hijacked my mother and household, the sole thing I can dedicate my energy, time, and focus to is this.
