Politics aside, should a foreign nation have this much power over American elections?

Criticize Israel and you lose your seat? Imagine if China targeted candidates who criticized China.

What is the Identity of the Democratic Party?

When I think of the Democratic Party I do not think of the working/middle class.

The party of FDR, of the New Deal, of Social Security and Medicare, a party whose entire identity was built around the economic dignity of ordinary Americans, now struggles to articulate what it actually stands for in material terms. Ask ten Democrats what the party's core mission is and you'll get ten different answers.

We don't intentionally address the unifying economic issues that have supermajority support across race, region, and culture: healthcare people can afford, wages that reflect productivity, housing that doesn't consume two-thirds of your income.

Those issues affect everyone. They poll at 70, 80 percent. They are not close calls.

Yet they don't define the party's image.

So if economic issues aren't central to the Democratic Party, what does it stand for?

The window has shifted to no aid to Israel. Will the next shift be to embargo any weapons to Israel?

Should that be the next demand the left and the right make of politicians? The issue of no aid to Israel has been conceded by Netanyahu. Should we push for a weapons embargo on Israel next?

Seeing the situation in the Gulf, the war, inflation, fuel...etc. I am concerned about putting funds back into the market.

Would you all dollar cost average back in or wait on the sidelines?

Seems so bizarre to see the S&P at all time highs while there is so much chaos in the world.
