Devastating last words from little Hind Rajab before being murdered by the IDF:
Medic: Hind, why aren’t you speaking?” She said “I’m not talking because every time I talk, blood comes out of my mouth and makes my clothes dirty. And my mom doesn't want my clothes to be dirty.”

Hakeem Jeffries Refuses to Support Medicare for All

Doesn't oppose abolishing ICE, cutting aid to Israel, or medicare for all. These are all incredibly popular in the party but the leading candidate for speaker of the house doesn't support any of those policies.

What are we doing here and why are new DSA and progressive members supporting him for leader when he is so out of step with the rest of the party?

Remember when the Democratic strategy was to try and convince voters that things were actually good, call them stupid, and shame them for not turning out for a non-existent agenda?

Their only selling point was “But Trump!” Thank god for the DSA and progressives or they’d still be trying the same tactics.

Do you think Democrats will release the Epstein files when they get into power?

We know the files implicate both but the support to release them is bipartisan. The left and right want them released full and unredacted.

Will they make a weak excuse or will they actually do it?

Establishment Democrats think they know who is "electable". These are the same guys that saw this in 2016 and said yeah we want Hillary.

Norma Torres, Jimmy Gomez, Anthony Aguilar, Gilbert Cisneros, Raul Ruiz - IE Democrats Who Voted to Continue to Send $3+ billion Aid to Israel

Sending aid to an apartheid state that is in the midst of genocide is unconscionable.

How Stifling Will the Midterms be for Trump?

Republicans will likely lose the house and could possibly lose the senate.

Assuming they at minimum lose the house how much would it stifles trumps agenda?

In particular on the following issues:

- Epstein files

- ICE raids

- Iran war

- Decoupling from Israel

Do You Think Liberals Will Eulogize Netanyahu The Same Way They did Graham?

Will liberals eulogize Netanyahu when he dies? Modern-day Hitler being remembered as a quirky but passionate in his career in exterminating Palestinians.

I can already see Kamala, Biden, and Cory Booker writing long posts on about what a good friend BiBi was. Graham literally stood in opposition to the professed liberal values that Democrats claim to fight for but when he died they all lined up to speak warmly about the person that he was.

Say what you want about the folks in the DSA but they don't pretend to like or respect people who promote hateful and violent values.

Newsom Flip Flops Again and Struggles to Call Israel an Apartheid State

If he cannot stand against the Israel lobby when there is a genocide and apartheid state can he stand up against big business when it's worker's rights on the line?

Allegations vs Due Process

This seems to be an ongoing theme lately. I ignored it when it was Trump because he‘s a scum bag and was fully on board during me too with guys like Weinstein and Cosby. But now, it seems like the establishment uses allegations as a tool to bring down anybody they don’t like. Does the accused get to plead their case, are the accusers vetted, or are we determining guilt based off of allegations now?

Just seems like a slippery slope to start tarnishing somebody’s reputation and livelihood based off of accusations.

More Details Released Regarding Platners Allegations

NEW: Drop Site journalist Ryan Grim has authenticated behind-the-scenes messages showing Politico omitted an important detail from its reporting on how the night began that led to the rape allegations against Maine Senate candidate Graham Platner.

Before publication, a Politico reporter told the Platner campaign that Jenny Racicot, on the night in question, had been “texting [Platner] about needing her glute massaged.” The reporter added, “That detail didn’t make our story.”

Racicot told Jake Tapper during her CNN interview that Platner had “taken something that I said as an invitation” before she subsequently texted him not to come over. Tapper did not follow up to ask what the content of the message was, and did not respond to a request for comment from Drop Site. Politico, in a statement to Drop Site, did not dispute that the outlet was aware of the “glute masssage” text, and said that it would update its reporting if further information arose.

According to a spokesperson: “This story is based on extensive reporting and interviews and reflects our editorial standards. In interviews with us and in accounts she gave to other outlets, Jenny Racicot said that she told Graham Platner not to come to her home and that he nevertheless showed up there uninvited. POLITICO gave Platner and his campaign ample opportunity to respond to our reporting and to provide any information or documentation they believed contradicted it. If presented with information that materially challenges our reporting, we will report it.”

Platner is expected to drop out today.

Is Mitch McConnell Dead?

Seems to be a serious questions and most people are speculating that at minimum he is brain dead. His wife traveled to China 3 days after he received CPR and hospitalized. His daughter recently deleted her X account.

If he is brain dead will Thomas Massie run for his senate seat? Do you think he'll win?

Platner Suggests That He is Dropping Out Due to New Allegations

Ryan Grim on X:

Graham Platner here strongly suggests he is considering dropping out. Already Troy Jackson and Hannah Pingree, both gubernatorial candidates, are being kicked around in Maine circles as potential replacements:

"Regardless of the inaccuracy of the reporting, but mindful of the political reality it will inflict, we are taking the time to reflect on the best path forward for the state that I love, the people that I love, the movement I belong to, and the goal of defeating Susan Collins. Those were the goals when we launched this campaign and they remain my goals today."
