Sleep Exploration tape experience
I fell asleep while listening to the Episode 5 tape. Then, suddenly, I woke up feeling that my legs were numb and moving from side to side. It felt as if someone else was moving them. I sensed a presence that seemed to be encouraging me to stand up by moving my legs toward the edge of the bed. I felt as though I actually stood up.
Then I had a visual experience. Whatever that presence was, it seemed to be standing in front of me. I couldn't make out its form. The room was dark, and there was no light.
At that moment, I felt strange and began questioning what was happening. As I did, I started coming out of that state.
That's when I saw what looked like a small shaman-like ghost face made of green light. It floated upward while making some kind of celebratory chant. Then it disappeared.
After that, the numbness and the strange feeling gradually faded away, and I woke up lying in my bed, as if I had never actually stood up at all.
Does it make any sense?
