[iOS] [$9.99 → $1 Lifetime for 24h] Seasonia – Season Tracker | Celebrating 5K Users 🎉

Hey everyone 👋

I’m the developer behind Seasonia, and to celebrate hitting 5K users I’ve dropped the Lifetime unlock from $9.99 to $1 for the next 24 hours.

A - Answer

Seasonia is an iOS app for tracking the current season and the progress of the year in a more visual way.

You can see exactly how far through the current season you are, how many days are left until the next one, sunrise and sunset times, daylight duration, moon information, and more both inside the app and directly from your Home or Lock Screen.

B - Better

Compared with general countdown apps like Countdown or Days Since, Seasonia is built specifically around seasons, daylight, and the natural progression of the year.

It includes:

  • 🌱 Live season progress
  • ⏳ Countdown to the next season
  • 🌅 Sunrise & sunset times
  • ☀️ Daylight duration and daily changes
  • 🌙 Moon information
  • 📱 20+ Home Screen & Lock Screen widgets
  • 🎨 Themes and custom photo backgrounds
  • 🌍 Support for both hemispheres

The goal was to make something you can glance at every day without needing to configure timers or dates yourself.

C - Cost

  • Lifetime normally: $9.99
  • For the next 24h: $1 Lifetime
  • No subscription required for the Lifetime unlock

Thanks to everyone who’s already using Seasonia. If you give it a try, I’d genuinely love to hear what you think, especially any widget or feature ideas you’d like to see next. 🌱

From iOS success to my first Android launch: Seasonia is now on Google Play!

A while ago, I created Seasonia for iOS, a small app for tracking the seasons, daylight, moon phases, and upcoming natural events. The response was much better than I expected, so I decided to bring the same experience to Android.

This became my first Android project, and honestly, I learned a lot while rebuilding the design, widgets, notifications, location logic, and the rest of the experience for so many different Android devices.

Seasonia is now officially available on Google Play!

I would really appreciate feedback from experienced Android users and developers. Does the app feel natural on Android? Are the widgets useful? Is there anything that looks strange or could be improved?

Thanks to anyone who gives it a try. Your feedback would genuinely help me improve it.

Update on my Seasonia App, just hit 100 ratings 🥳

Hey! Some of you might remember my post from a while back, I built a very simple app in under 24 hours just to see what would happen, priced it at $1 for fun, and it somehow landed in Top 6 Entertainment within hours of launch. That app was Seasonia.

aFast forward to today: it just crossed 100 ratings on the App Store with a 4.8/5 average. What started as a throwaway experiment turned into something people actually use and like.

For anyone who missed the original post, Seasonia is a minimalist season tracker: progress and countdown for the current season, sunrise/sunset, moon phases, daylight insights, plus Home Screen/Lock Screen widgets and some seasonal themes.

Still a solo project, still surprised every time someone leaves a review. Replying to reviews and shipping small improvements as I go.

Wanted to share the milestone with people who get why 100 ratings feels like a big deal for something that started as a "let's just see what happens" project. Happy to answer questions about the build, pricing, or ASO.
