Tonight’s storm exposed a leak from a 2nd story window, probably about 15’ up. Looking for someone with a ladder to go take a peek and possibly recaulk - have to be insured.
If all goes well moving in this week, so should be an opportune time to hit whatever I need to with glyphosate / tricyclopyr.

Brooklyn. I knew the property had JKW, didn’t realize I hit the invasive jackpot with ToH also.
Going to post another with some help identifying if other plants are super invasive, or just garden variety obnoxious.

Every time I run my dishwasher, everything on the top comes out with this grit/dirt practically plastered to it. Bowls, glasses, anything. Everything is turned down to face the sprayer arms, and it shows up both inside and out. Any advice?
Some photos attached of individual dishes, and everything in the sink is getting hand washed.
Bottom rack comes out clean as a whistle. One detergent tab in the tray. And rinse aid loaded up, other than that it’s just on normal wash with heated start and dry.
It’s and old GE Quietpower 2 in a rental unit.
