Website/s for Practice Portfolio ?

Hi,

New to trading, I wonder if anyone knows if there are any websites that allow you to set up a fictitious stock portfolio to practice?

Thanks in advance!

Netflix: The Crash - Mackenzie Sharilla - BPD?

Just watched this new Netflix documentary, anyone seen it? She drove a car into a wall at 100mph with her boyfriend, friend & herself in. I’m wondering if she had undiagnosed BPD.

Starting an additional private pension at 50 - where to start?

Hi,

I have two pensions, an NHS one I have paid into for 17 years and another small one from when I worked in another area.

I have no where near enough to retire early. I have savings in a cash ISA. I’m thinking of starting another private pension and whacking a load of money into it. Any advice on where to start?

Thanks in advance.

Hi,

My exBPD’s previous partner unalived himself after 20 year relationship. She told me she had therapy afterwards but the main reason was because she never grieved her ex. This is interesting, as if she contributed to the dynamic of the relationship (which she undoubtedly did), she would never have to face any of it or deal with it.

The yarn to spun me was that she had an emotionally abusive relationship (him the abuser) for 20 years.

Set me up to be the white knight. I treated her with kid gloves and set no boundaries (my mistake).

I read another post which inspired me to write this. The fact that she didn’t grieve and took no responsibility for her part in the toxic relationship, is like denial and is similar to how someone with BPD would move on quickly to not deal with anything.

If anyone relates to any of this or if it inspires you to reply, please do. Thanks.

▲ 8 r/yoga

Hi,

I have been practicing yoga seriously for about 4 months. I seem to have always had an overactive right hamstring due to weaker right glutes. I’ve been practicing quite alot recently and I’ve noticed my hamstring is getting tighter … should I be trying to squeeze my glutes during poses or certain poses to activate them? Thanks.
