How do you approach automating QA testing?

I’m working at a startup and don’t have much prior experience in testing, so I’m currently doing a combination of manual and AI-assisted testing.

Right now, we use Claude Code + Playwright MCP. Claude writes and executes the test cases, and I review the failed test cases manually. However, I don’t think this is the best long-term approach.

I recently came across Katalon and wanted to understand whether it would be a good fit for our setup.

I have some basic coding knowledge, so I’d really appreciate some guidance on what a healthy, scalable QA automation setup would look like and what I should implement step by step.

Our requirement is to test every module shipped to the staging environment, including different types of testing, while maintaining good coverage and reliability.

We’re a startup, so I’m looking for the best results within a reasonable budget.

Would love to hear how experienced QA engineers would approach this and whether Katalon is worth considering.

I joined this company as an intern ... currently I am an intern okay

So I was in this team let's call it A...in team A I have to do multiple tasks like logo design with the help of Al, Templates making, Campaign runs, SOP making and sheets maintain and sometimes make strategies and also like talking to insta agencies and influencers.

So now they are putting me in team B...

Where i have to face clients....they said this is for your betterment but in reality i don't want to do that

I am happy in the current team and also work is less and the thing is this client facing role I can't....

They said do it for 2 months then came back.

But I know if I do this I will lose all my work.

As I want to go into the tech field and GRC.

But what to do

And i have already told them that I don't wanna do but they are telling me no you have to do it.

Bro I have anxiety issues I can't ...
