I have this cardigan that I really like. Except the sleeves are too long and they end up folding over themselves.

The sleeve is one piece.

I don’t know how to go about fixing it ? Please dumb it down

I am having a really hard day. I haven’t had a hard day like today since I started medication.

I feel mentally, physically and emotionally drained. I feel like every single problem is happening at the same time.

And that things are spinning out of control. It’s a feeling I had often before starting medication but not lately .

But today was just too much .

Ps : I am seeing a therapist, I will talk to her Friday.
