Food pattern i noticed

Every time I eat fast food, I feel great the next day.

My situation:

* Young-onset Parkinson’s

* 37 years old, diagnosed 4 years ago

* Non-smoker (former) and non-drinker (former)

* Organic whole-food diet, heavy on meat, fruits, and vegetables

* I “cheat” on food once in a while

* Going to the gym 3x/week for over 10 years

* Muay Thai/kickboxing 2–3x/week for over 10 years

* Sleep isn’t what it used to be, but it’s still okay

Now for the interesting part: I’ve noticed a pattern. When I “cheat” on my meals (although I don’t really consider it cheating, since my diet isn’t really a diet—it’s just how I naturally eat), I initially feel sick because my stomach isn’t used to fast food. I get bloating, nausea, and feel sluggish.

But the next day, I feel great—every single time.

My mood improves overall, I have less tremor, less stiffness, and I feel less sluggish.

What’s going on here? Is my brain just getting more energy from the increased sodium or saturated fats? That seems unlikely, since fat and sodium are already a big part of my diet (raw cheese, egg yolks, butter, salt, olive oil, etc.).

Or could it be a certain preservative that my body reacts to?

Has anyone else noticed this in themselves, or in a friend or family member with Parkinson’s?

I’m leaving this one up to the smarter people who might be able to explain why this happens.

Why no more GTE's?

As titles says. Why?

Make it a daily, add in the multiclass aspect and keep it around this time. They did it before twice for a while and stopped again. Why? They are cool as fark and nostalgic. MAYBE update the tire model if you have to but please bring back GTE's. More and more (not me) are complaining about the lack of car diversity and i just dont understand why they leave an entire class of cars offside, they are sitting right there collecting dust.

One stint spriny fuel problem

I did one stint sprint at la sarthe, full energy/fuel. I get low energy notification so i pit, the rest doesnt need so i lose p4 to p8.

Do another one, same conditions, get warning, dont pit, make it to the end, get penalty because to low energy so lose p7 to 10 ...

I mean wth?

LMP2 help, PLS read discription

Hello, long time LMGT3 driver making the switch to LMP2 for the first time at La Sarthe in the weekly race. What are some critical things I should know if I have no plans on being competitive and just want to finish the race?

I don’t need fuel strategies or things like that, more like simple heads-ups such as: “THIS you should really know or you won’t make it to the end,” or “you’ll lose massive amounts of time if you don’t know this,” etc.

How to make the Porsche LMGT3 feel more "planted"?

Is there any specific set up changes i could do to make the car feel more connected to the road if that makes sense? All other cars i "feel" the road more, as if there is more friction and the Porsche feels more floaty. Is this set up related or FFB related or is it simply the nature of this car in LMU? The Mclaren also feels like this sometimes but much less pronounced. Dont get me wrong i love how the Porsche handles in terms of driveability but there seems to be some sort of disconnect between the car and the road.

Before anyone asks or mentions, i have done 100s of laps with the car so no its not cold tires. (Just mentioning to be sure)

Edited some typos.
