How can I prove my gratitude for what he's given me? Ritualistically speaking. I'm not new to this, but I AM new to the spiritual aspect.

I've only told a few people about this because I dismiss it as mental illness, and I'm very skeptical about the whole thing. But since childhood, I've been seeing and talking to dead people and "demons" and I can't sleep at night because I can feel them. I sometimes have dreams that end up happening in real life. Sometimes I swear I can hear other people's thoughts and feel their emotions, and I get weird gut feelings about people and life that tend to be true. I just never really entertained any of this, because frankly it's terrifying. I'm scared shitless because it's been getting more intense. I don't know if I'm just crazy, but I've read about other people going through the same kind of things. I don't know what to make of any of that information.
