i see in the riot client that the patch notes dropped today (although i thought it was supposed to be the 12th) and her heal is supposed to go to 67% of her damage but in the tooltip it only goes to 50%. are the changes through but it just hasnt been updated in the description? i dont think i can go back to see if there is a heal difference
i saw this post from akalimains and made me think about aurora before the passive change. i started playing the game about a year after aurora was released and never got to experience her initial playstyle. ive heard the ms she got was too op and it will never be brought back (reasonably so) but i want to know specifically how op was it. over time her damage and ability range was increased, so what kind of character was she before? like maybe an ap bruiser mage or something. i see videos of when she was first released and people were building roa on her and still playing her midlane even though she was intended for top on release ( i think).
hello, i am not trying to be a schizo doomposter ranter, but im curious because i played 13 games in the last 2 days and this is the pattern that emerged. for my losses, even if i win my lane there is always someone (either jungle or bottom) that does not do well and makes bad plays that cause the game to be ruined. imo having a behind top laner isnt that bad but thats besides the point. at the beginning i won 2 games and got to gold 4 19lp but then this happened and after everything i am still 19lp. even when i carry the game, why do i only get 19? i dont want to sound a certain way but i feel like its fair if i get at least a little more than id lose especially if i dont lose that badly. anyways has anyone else experienced something like this?
edit: the 2-9 game was an extreme feed by me which is my fault, but the 0 0 game was one where my internet went out for longer than the game went on, so besides that one game i believe i do the best i can even with these teammates and circumstances

for aram enjoyers, i got this augment thinking it would apply to his passive but it does not and i think this only got like 800 damage because of q. maybe im the only one who wouldve thought it would work but its just a psa
the more you look at the picture the worse it gets. i also got filled top and since he chose tryn mid i thought aurora would be fine for the comp anyways so dont flame me.
this tryn got 1 kill against malzahar but then got his butt taken for 10 minutes and decided to throw himself at every enemy he saw. there were many occasions where i look at him being focused 3/4 v 1 across the map while there are no obj so its not like he gives us any value in the first place. seeing that 65% of his game was seeing the grey screen, we had no strong splitpushers and could not make progress across the map.
unfortunately the enemy comp is not exactly the most favorable for my champion if the game goes on for long (like it did here). while it may look like i was hogging all the gold (i was), it was mainly because my team was a bunch of clueless burgers and i couldnt trust them to finish off some kills, or play aggressive enough for plays that we needed. every lane except mine was down from the beginning of the game so i had to try and 1v9
so as the title says, i have had many games against karthus' recently (did he get a buff or something idk) and it just seems like he can do so much for free. to preface i play gwen and lillia (scaling junglers wth slower clears) and he has the fastest clear and has enough time to get both crabs most times.
not only this but he rarely has to gank because he just uses his ult and its good enough for most teams, so it seems as if he just gets to free farm the whole game. i cant invade because he is rarely seen on the map and when he it, it is for like 5 seconds since his kit can be used from far away.
i dont really have a problem with his ult itself, but how am i supposed to stop him from getting so much cs and gold then nuking my whole team with ult. im weaker than him early, and he might already be ahead by mid and by late i can be better in most cases but as i said before, my team gets nuked by him
as the title states, i just went against a katarina otp and got my teeth kicked in. she has teleports instead of dashes so she can just bypass your sleep and q. also her abilities are point and click so its not like you can really outplay her anyway. another champ i have in my mid pool is aurora but she is almost as bad into katarina as zoe is. i can match her roams, but how do i specifically lane against her
