Reset

Hi all, I’m unknowingly a Porn Addict, just realised recently.

It has bought lot of negatives in my life.

I’m became less confident socially, looking at women in perspective of only sex and I’m sire it had rewired my brain in so many ways.

I was abstained from my partner for 3 months and i developed (acquired) PE, when i analysed root cause i realised i consumed lot of lot of porn.

I need any advice or mental exercises to follow to reset my brain.

Its been 2 weeks since i have stopped it, feeling little bit lighter on moral level, but still whenever i see good looking women, i immediately have sexual thoughts.

I don’t want this anymore, i want to restore the god-damn masculinity in me..

Any suggestions or advice are heartily welcomed. 🙏🏽

But we fell in love with our plants (currently we pwn 2 peace lilies and one Benjamin)

We are planning to buy a small bonsai, to keep it in our living room near tv.

Looking to make friends / grab an aperitivo! 🍹

Hello everyone!
It’s been about 6 months since my wife and I moved to Verona. We are still relatively new here and are taking things one step at a time, but we’d love to start expanding our social circle!

We are both fluent English speakers and are currently learning Italian (at a brisk pace, but we're still working on it!). We love meeting new people, sharing stories, and learning new things.

What we're up to:

Weekends: We usually spend our weekends exploring new bars, cafes, and locali around the city centre.

Interests: We are always down for a nice aperitivo, local events, or just walking around the city.

In fact, we are free this evening! If anyone is up for a drink, a chat, or has recommendations for a good spot to meet up, please let us know or shoot me a DM.

Looking forward to meeting some of you! Cheers! 🥂

Do i give up..?

Hi all, I’m currently working as a Cloud Specialist in Verona with Tempo Indeterminato contract. Almost finishing my first year and i have good feedback from client and from my manager also colleagues too. (I’m 35 M)

Previously i enrolled at a University around Central Italy for Master’s in Telecommunications (started October 2020 - ..)

Im left with only 3 exams and thesis (since last 3 years). My current average is 25.

And for finishing 3 exams i had to travel a lot and spend a good amount of money.

Do you think will it be still worth my Degree for future as it has been already six years.
Should i ignore it and pursue for tech certifications instead?

Any advice will be helpful
