The Way Back to You (Taiwanese GL)

This was...OK, I've seen a LOT better but I've also seen worse, very all over the place quality wise though. The whole time I just couldn't get past the fact that the whole show is over-dubbed, every line, even every sound effect was added in post-production. Are all Taiwanese shows filmed like this? The time jumps are really confusing, I could hardly ever tell if it was supposed to be present or past, it didn't help that they both looked pretty much the exact same in both time periods. It was all relatively harmless until they threw EVERYTHING at that final episode, >!a stabbing, a meddling mother, heartbreak, a double marriage proposal,!<phew. It's 6 episodes of 22-26 minutes each so it doesn't take up much of your time. It kind of reminded me of Transit Girls, a fewer amount of episodes that are also quite short and are both are instantly forgettable. All episodes are available now on IQIYI for Premium VIP's and for regular VIP's there are 2 episodes a week. It's also available on YouTube but the uploads seem random so far.

[Home Safety Hotline] Platinum Trophy #42

This was a really interesting, fun game. I was looking to get this game for a while so I picked it up in the sale. If you haven't heard of it before you have to identify fantastical pests in people's houses by looking up info on a computer screen. Ngl, I did use a guide for the 100% trophy but I played it legit the first time. Some of the descriptions are very disturbing, I mean the Sprig Tree? Fucking hell! I wish it was like Papers Please where it gives you choices that effects the story but it was cool for what it was. I reccomend it.

Another shared location (kind of).

I was watching Love Beyond Dreams and I noticed that they used the same(?) office as Mewika's in Harmony Secret. The doors and the fixtures on the wall are the same but it's a different colour so I think it must be the same building but 2 separate rooms.

Yet to find a more profound watch than this one. Ricky is a genius.

After Life- I've watched this series like 3 times now.

And it has such good insights into life-from everyone's lens.

I've always loved Ricky's creativity- but I never expected him to make a heartfelt comedy series that can touch the deepest corners of your heart.

Any other series like this?
