TCL google TV
How do you connect Two TCL Google TVs to Alexa at a time? It gives me a code to setup through TCL assistant for one but then does not allow me to connect to the second. Thanks!

I just connected Mya garage opener to the app and a few days later the garage door does not close. It keeps acting like there is something underneath affecting the sensors, it begins to close then comes back up and opener lights blink. Prior to this I had no issues, as I was using manual garage remotes. I don’t know if this a myq issue or garage sensor issue.
Hey everyone,
I’m trying to figure out what’s going on with my Honeywell T6 Pro thermostat. The fan keeps running even though the thermostat is set to Auto, not On or Circ, and the AC is cooling well below the set temperature.
For example, today I had the cooling setpoint at 75°F, but the system kept cooling until the house got down to around 69-70°F. The fan was still running, even though it was set to Auto.
Things I’ve already tried:
My setup:
I’m wondering if this is more likely to be:
Any troubleshooting steps would be appreciated. I’m trying to figure out whether this is a smart home automation problem or an HVAC/thermostat problem.
All of this was ongoing before I connected my hubitat and google home as well and the honeywell t6 pro upstairs does not have this same issue as this is the downstairs unit.

My Ring device is alarming during exit delay when I open any doors when i set for away, what is going on?
My Honeywell t6 pro thermostats are connected to a locked qolosys 2 panel. How can I exclude these devices with a habitat c8 pro without having dealer access to qolosys and then include it to hubitat?
Title: ADT won’t release prior Alarm.com account — Qolsys IQ Panel 2 basically held hostage. How do I move my Z-Wave devices to a new IQ Panel 4?
Hey everyone,
I recently moved into a house that has a Qolsys IQ Panel 2 installed from the prior homeowner. The panel appears to still be tied to the previous homeowner’s ADT / Alarm.com account, and ADT has been extremely difficult about deleting or releasing the old Alarm.com registration.
I have the 4-digit admin/master code, so I can get into some basic settings, but I do not have the installer or dealer code. Because of that, I can’t access the installer settings, and the installation button is not available in advanced settings. I’m assuming the panel is locked down because it’s still attached to the prior Alarm.com account.
The annoying part is that my Z-Wave devices are still connected to this old Qolsys panel, including:
Since I don’t have installer/dealer access, I can’t put the IQ Panel 2 into Z-Wave exclusion mode to remove those devices properly.
At this point, I’m considering just buying an IQ Panel 4 from eBay and starting fresh, but I’m trying to understand how I would transfer or re-pair everything.
My questions:
I’m not trying to get into anything I shouldn’t. I own the home, I have the admin code, and I just want to use the existing Z-Wave devices with my own alarm/home automation provider. Right now it feels like ADT is holding the hardware hostage.
Any advice from people who have dealt with Qolsys, ADT, Alarm.com, Surety, or Z-Wave exclusion would be appreciated. I'm close to just saying screw it and just go with ADT, theyre offering $40 a month, and this has all been such a headache.

Hey everyone,
I recently moved into a home where the prior homeowners had an ADT system using a Qolsys IQ 2 panel tied to Alarm.com. The panel itself powers on, and I do have the 4-digit user code, but I’m running into a lockout issue.
My Z-Wave devices are still connected to the panel, but when I go into Advanced Settings, the Installation option is not available. From what I understand, this may be because the panel is still tied to the prior homeowner’s ADT/Alarm.com account, even though there is no active profile on my end.
I’ve contacted ADT multiple times trying to get them to delete/release the old Alarm.com account association so I can take over the panel or at least use it properly. I’ve been calling multiple times a day, but I keep getting bounced around and haven’t gotten anywhere.
Has anyone successfully convinced ADT to release a panel from a prior owner’s Alarm.com account? Is there a specific department, wording, escalation path, or documentation that helped?
I’m not trying to bypass anything shady — I’m the new homeowner, I have physical possession of the panel, and I’m just trying to use the equipment that came with the house. I’d really appreciate any advice from people who have dealt with this before.
Thanks!
